("NetDragon"; Stock Code: 777), a leading developer and operator of online games and mobile Internet platforms in China, today announced that it will report its 2012 interim unaudited financial results on Friday, August 24, 2012 Hong Kong Time, after the close of Hong Kong markets. Following release of the results announcement, NetDragon's management will host a conference call and webcast to discuss the results at 7:00 PM on August 24, 2012 Hong Kong Time.
