ce GLOBAL SOURCING Group - again positive result in first quarter 2007 - fifth profitable quarter in a row after successful restructuring Munich, 04. June 2007: ce GLOBAL SOURCING AG, which is listed on the Open Market of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange, today voluntarily published the financial results for the first quarter of fiscal year 2007. Key figures support successful restructuring With consolidated net sales of 7,844 kEUR the group achieved earnings before interest and tax (EBIT) of 101 kEUR. The net profit for the first three months of 2007 is 85 kEUR. Total assets per 31.03.2007 amount to 9,289 kEUR. The shareholders' equity increased to 6,141 kEUR. The shareholders' equity rate therefore is 66.1 percent at the end of Q1/2007. Outlook for 2007 remains unchanged For fiscal year 2007 the company expects increased net sales of approx. 40 mn EUR. Net result is also expected to be positive again and slightly exceeding the net profit of 429 kEUR achieved in 2006.
