Spanien, Portugal und Zypern, sank um zwei Stufen.

S. & P. hatte Anfang Dezember 2010 angedroht, die sechs "AAA" - Länder der Euro-Zone

schonmal in den nachrichten gehört , dass deutsche finanzagenturen die amis abwerten ?
geht gar nicht , weil es ratingageturen mit weltruf nur in usb gibt .

die amis raten die ganze welt runter solange wie es nur irgendwie geht .
und zwar mit system.
warum ?
wenn die welt merken würde , dass der dollar so gut wie tot ist und die usb im vergleich zum rest der welt wahrscheinlich eher nicht so gut dasteht , dann finden die niemanden mehr , der dollars aus usb exportieren möchte und die sind innerhalb von 4-12 wochen staatspleite .
dollar würde als ölwährung ausfallen .
etc. etc.

produktion? alles in china .
die haben als grosse "funktionierende"  wirtschaftsteile nur noch die finanz und öl und waffen industrie .

finanzen sehn mies aus .
öl geht auch auf kurz oder lang die puste aus .
was bleibt denn da ?
ach genau richtig ,waffen .
ich verwette meine oma drauf , dass die innerhalb der nächsten 5 jahren noch nen golfkrieg anfangen .
löst wieder alle probleme für n paar jahre .
waffen müssen gebaut werden , geld bzw kredite braucht man auch dafür und man hat wieder günstiges öl für ein paar jahre .

und nicht wieder irgendwo ominöse massenvernichtungswaffen oder männer mit bärten die in  höhlen wohnen und die wahrscheinlich mit ihrer kriegsmaschinerie komplett usa abgefackelt hätten , hätten die amis da nicht heldenhaft 300000 (dreihunderttausend) menschen getötet.
andere leute stehen für sowas als kriegsverbrecher vor gericht .

und am ende sind sie trotzdem pleite .
von der reputation in der welt ganz zu schweigen .

das ist mmn nach gar nicht da .
könnt euch verrückt machen wenn die broker es tatsächlich verhauen die unterlagen raus zu schicken .
es wurde einiges getan um allen klar zu machen , dass es nicht drinsitzt , es jetzt an einem nicht korrekten voting scheitern zu lassen . auch nicht von nicht us aktionären .

falls ich ausgebucht werde , weil ich nich abstimmen konnte , dann fliege ich nach new york und trete brian dermassen in die klonks , dass der für monate ausfällt und möglichst lange niemanden mehr nerven kann .

Außerdem ist das unser Mediation-Ergebnis (zwar keine Rechtsprechung durch die Richterin, die letztendlich alles mögliche entscheiden kann), aber die Basis für die Nichtweiterverfolgung unserer Insider-Trading-Anschuldigung. Die Commons überleben als Kompensation für die Trading Allegations. Was für einen Sinn soll es machen, den SNH-"Bösewichten" nun die Freude zu machen, die Commons auszubuchen, wenn zuvor ein "colourable Claim" erkannt wurde? Für mich gar keinen.

Wenn das EC auf der Basis argumentiert, dass die SNH zum Schaden aller Parteien (Creditors und Shareholder) Insider-Trading vollführt haben, kann wohl kaum ein Urteil gesprochen werden, das eine Mediation mit dem EC als Basis nimmt, weil der Schaden anerkannt wurde, worin dann die Commons ihren Untergang sehen, während die Preffs belohnt werden.

Da die Stimmzettel spätestens am 9. Februar 2012 bei dem WMI's solicitation agent wieder vorliegen müssen ist Eile geboten.

Bei Überschreitung der Deadline oder keiner Abstimmung werden die Aktionäre nicht an der Verteilung der Insolvenzmasse beteiligt sondern ausgeschlossen! D. h. in diesem Fall werden meine Aktion wertlos!

Da fehlt doch was! (Satzbau, Struktur, Logik) oder?

Wenn ich jetzt gar nicht abstimme, was passiert mit meinen Aktien?
Wird die Wahl nicht als ganzes angesehen? Ich meine 51% sagen ja, dann wird die NewCo kommen. Oder wird jetzt meine einzelne Stimme für sich gewertet und meine Aktien verfallen, während die Kollegen Common-Halter ( Wamuqs) neue Aktien erhalten.

Most likely they will never trade, they will be bought out by a much bigger company. I am figuring on this. I wonder if the stock loss on the WMB franchise can be extended after the exit? Possible continued as a "unliquidated asset" and be part of assets in a buyout.

Example.. Let's say WMB banks were worth 26B in capital. That is a 26B Tax Loss on the Operating Side, not the Net Operating, per the new IRS ruling in 2008..

Now what one must understand is, this corporation owned banks that had a value of 26B (BILLION). The IRS declared these loss to "Ordinary course of business" losses. Let me explain..

Ordinary Loss is good for businesses because they can carry them forward. Banks like to have ordinary losses to carry forward, so they do not have to pay any taxes.

Now, exactly "what big bank would benefit from a 26Billion ordinary loss?" Hum... Let me count the ways !!!!

Scenario.. WMI owns WMB, WMB is worth 26B.. WMB is seized by the FDIC, who in turn cancels all stock of WMB... HUM.. Now WMI has a 26B Loss on WMB.. IRS issues ruling that declares any bank holding company who lost their banks as part of the financial crisis, can now hold that loss as an ordinary loss. Which in turns means.. WMI has a 26B valuation Ordinary loss for WMB. In Bankruptcy if WMI were to take that loss, it would translate to very little value, because the estate would not be able to properly utilize the loss.

Section 382: For purposes of section 382(h), any deduction properly allowed after an ownership change (as defined in section 382(g)) to a bank (as defined in section 581) with respect to losses on loans or bad debts (including any deduction for a reasonable addition to a reserve for bad debts) shall not be treated as a built-in loss or a deduction that is attributable to periods before the change date.

Debtors are familiar with the value of this ordinary loss and ask the court to extend the release of the WMB stock, until the day of exit. WHY? Because the debtors know the value of this loss will be an asset on the books of WMI2, not WMI1. WMI2, will exit BK with a saleable Ordinary Loss of 26B that is marketable. Many here do not understand that this ruling by the IRS means WMI2 can be acquired by a firm looking to use the Ordinary Loss to offset its gains..i.e JPM...

Read 382. Rosen has spoken about it many times and has asked this court to extend the confirmation into 2011, instead of 2010 for a reason. The debtors, EC, USCC and SNH's are very aware of the potential value of this very valuable abandoned bank stock.

Now. I could be very wrong in my assessment here, I ask any accountant or CPA type to please either correct me or re-enforce this post. The importance of WMB stock being released after the new co has emerged could be another reason why the "tolling agreements" were talked about so much when the same subject was in the same billings. The debtors could have been agreeing to extend not only the "causes of action and viable claims against 3rd parties, but the WMB stock loss."

To make it much more plain..

1. WMI1 has equity interests in WAMPQ, WAMUQ, WAMKQ, DIMEQ and SNH's who will all be issued common shares in WMI2.

2. At this point, the ownership of WMI2 will be established between the new common holders. WMI2 has 6B in unrestricted NOL's that they will have on the books. Once the WMB stock loss is booked, they will have an additional 26 Billion in an Ordinary Loss (not a capital loss) and that means whoever acquires WMI2 will be buying this benefit.

3. Once the merger of WMI2 into the new company is complete, the new company will then be allowed to have control of the 26 Billion in OL from WMB and 6B in unrestricted loss from Bankruptcy.

Looking for clarification, this is how I understand 382 and the IRS ruling for the Banks in 2008/2009.

Anyone that can help on this scenario, should do so..NOW!
