Hier ist es manchmal schlimmer und ich vermute (weiß), dass da Männer dahinterstecken.
Eine Blamage für mein Geschlecht.

Hier im Board wurde die Teilnahme diskutiert.

Es kann nicht sein, dass nur geschwätzt wird, wir müssen auch handeln.

Und die etwas von da Berichten, Interpretieren zu viel Eigenemotionen mit im Posting.

Das ist eine super Idee! Falls es doch zu wenig Teilnehmer werden sollten, für eine Demo, verteilt doch bitte die Luftballons durch die ganze Stadt! Befestigt sie an Bäumen, Zäunen, Geländer, verteilt sie vor Menschengefüllten Plätzen! Vielleicht sollte man noch ein großes Plakat aufhängen, auf dem das problem geschildert ist! habe mir eben das von Odin eingestellte Doc durchgelesen. Dabei komme ich zu folgenden Schlüssen:

1. Aurelius scheint SEHR an einem Settlement interessiert zu sein.

2. Aurelius möchte gerne einen Freibrief von Walrath für das Traden während der Verhandlungen - ich nenne es einfach mal Insider Trading ;-) - haben.

Alles wie immer IMHO.

ID sagt, das hat mit unserem Wamu Case nichts zu tun. Stimmt ja auch.
Aaaaber, Wenn die diese Class Action setteln, bevor unser Fall geklaert ist, koennten sich einige Leute hier die Hoffnung, das Susi als Druckmittel Vor -Seizure Argumente bringt, sonstwo hinschmieren. Der Weg wer mit diesem Settlement ein fuer alle mal verbaut. Das FBI hat auch schon die Ermittlungen eingestellt. Selbst wenn Susi 100 Emails oder Docs haette, die beweisen das Recht gebrochen wurde....vorbei...in die smoking Guns waere ein ewiger Korken gedrueckt.

Berechtigte muessen nicht mal zustimmen ob Sie mitmachen. Man kann nur hoffen, das wenn diese Class Action wirklich anlaeuft, das sich ein paar informierter Klageberechtigter, nur zur Sicherheit, ein Opt out beantragen, damit wuerden die sich weiterhin das Recht auf Klagen diesbezueglich vorbehalten.    
 
Fuer JPM / FDIC waere das eine ellegante Loesung, vorrausgesetzt unsere Bankraubtheorie wuerde zutreffen.

JPM / FDIC waere wegen Vorseizureverfehlungen nicht mehr angreifbar.
JPM wuerde einen Haufen Geld sparen? Oder.... Ich meine, wieviel Aktien sind seit dem Stichtag bis jetzt durchgehend besessen worden. Ich gehe mal davon aus das in Amiland auch die first in - first out Regel zaehlt. Ein Vor Seizure Besitzer kauft als Tradi Posi nach Seizure Aktien und verkauft diese Tradi Posi wieder. Rechtlich haette der aber doch zuerst die Vor Seizure Papiere verkauft. Oder ???
Ich schaetze mal das vielleicht 50 Millionen Aktien berechtigt sind, oder von mir aus 100.
Besser 100 Millionen Aktien zu 100 Dollar abfinden als 1,7 Milliarden zu 30. Oder hab Ich da nen Denkfehler.  


Das sind nur Vermutungen, falls Ich kompletten Quatsch geschrieben haben sollte , wuerde Ich mich ueber Korrekturen freuen.

Ich befuerchte, der WAMUWAHN nimmt bei mir so langsam Ueberhand.

Bei dieser Konstellation an Anlagen ist für mich Washington Mutual nieeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee  Insolvent.

Second & Union LLC. ??

1.- Is this a WMI (or WMI Investment Corp) subsidiary or not?

On one side (Bad signal):

* it does not show up in the 19th/12 SOFAs submited, not even listed with undetermided value.

On the other side (good signal):

* It shows up in the original list of subsidiaries (see below)
* It shows up as a "wholly-owned subsidiary of Washington Mutual Inc." in some old documents submited to the SEC long ago (before seizure, when the difference betwenn belonging to WMI or WMB was irrelevant)

2.- Is this important? .. YES, since Second and Union LLC was the real state entity owning many of the buildings and branches where WM operated. Amonng them the HQ. It stroke to me as big surprise that in the SOFAs WMI and WMI Invstment real property assets was ZERO. The reason seems to be that the RS property (all or a goof portion of it) was concentrated in Second and Union LLC. Second and Union LLc would lease/rent the stuff to the other WMI entities. Among them WMB.

Does any one have a clue about what entity owns Second and Union LLC?

Someone in yahoo is speculating with the posibility of WMI not willing to hide at this point of the BK processall its potential value as the reason for not including clearly this in the SOFA, there was so many disclaimers in the SOFA that it would not be too risky.

Other option is that simply this company was a direct subsidiary of WMB and an undirect subsidiary of WMB ( although wholly-owned before the seizure by WMI who owned 100% of WMB ). This would be bad news of us and quite an additional gift for JPM.

wie bewertest du die tatsache, dass mrs. walrath es jpm fdic selbst überlassen hat...an den mediatorgesprächen teilzunehmen...mit der begründung...die angelegenheiten zwischen beiden seien bereits geregelt...

dies in kombi mit dem fakt...dass das gsa weiterhin von ihr als "reasonable" bewertet wird...

mich würde explizit deine meinung interessieren...

von den anderen bekommt man ja leider keine antwort mit begründung...sondern nur sternchen...

have these disputes mediated by Michael Mukasey – a former United States Attorney General,
former United States District Judge, and current member of Debevoise & Plimpton. Mr.
Mukasey’s extensive experience as lawyer, judge, and Attorney General render him eminently
qualified to address both the securities law issues at the heart of the proposed litigation and the
related bankruptcy law issues involved in negotiating a plan. Moreover, Mr. Mukasey has access
to experienced bankruptcy practitioners at the Debevoise firm to further assist him as necessary.
Accordingly, Aurelius respectfully requests that the Court give serious consideration to the
appointment of Mr. Mukasey as mediator, subject to the clearing of conflicts."

Der Wille von Aurelius zur Mediation kommt in der Eingabe gut raus, sie zeigt leider aber auch, dass die alle noch in der Findungsphase sind. Wir brauchen wohl mal wieder viel Geduld ;-)
