Wenn es nicht mehr funktioniert stoppt die Verarbeitung. In Amerika ist es offensichtlich so das jeder machen kann was er will. Natürlich darf dann geklagt werden, aber ist der Gegner eine große Bank gibt es jede Menge übergeordneter Interessen die zu berücksichtigen sind und jeder der sich gegen die Bank stellt fällt aus dem Netz der Wirtschaftsbeziehungen, ist von allen Freunden der Bank nicht mehr gewünscht und schneller pleite als er es aussprechen kann.
Anschließend wird alles gebeugt und gebogen was es da noch gibt und entsprechend ausgelegt. Eisern folgt alles der Regel die Bank hat Recht und wenn sie nicht Recht hat bekommt sie trotzdem Recht. Man bringt alles auf einen Punkt (Richter/in) und dieser/e fällt dann ein Urteil. Am Ende ist es also kein Bankraub und keine Enteignung, sondern nur ein kleines fragwürdiges Urteil an einem Konkursgericht und die Bestätigung dessen was schon jeder weiß. Die Großen haben immer recht, die kleinen werden gehängt. Und klar ist auch jedem das ein Konkursgericht nicht jeden zufrieden stellen kann.
Bis jetzt läuft das System noch und funktioniert. Soweit so gut. Beschweren darüber, nein, bei uns hier in Deutschland kommen ganze Länder mit falschen Daten und kassieren ab auf Jahrzehnte. Machen uns nach dem Betrug sogar klar das es billiger für uns wäre weiterhin die nächsten 20 Jahre zu bezahlen, ohne auch nur eine Strafandrohung  zu bekommen.
Mal ehrlich, so gesehen sind die in Amerika schon richtig weit. Hut ab.
Noch sind wir im Rennen und investiert. Jedes Rennen geht einmal zuende, ich muß nicht gewinnen, Platz 3 hinter Staat und Bank reicht mir auch schon.

Portugal hortet Gold für 20 Milliarden - bekommt den Rettungsschirm - Griechenland schickt Leute ab 55 in Rente - der deutsche Depp soll ab 67 erst gehen - Italien wird bald den neuen EZB-Präsidenten stellen - da macht man den Bock zum Gärtner, die Iren locken nach wie vor mit Niedrigsteuern Unternehmen in ihr Land - auch viele Deutsche - und bekommt Rettungsschirm - wer zahlt irgendwann sehr bald? Der dumme deutsche Michel -  Merkel und Osterwelle erkaufen sich regelrecht die so gewünschte Anerkennung, das sie auch "große" Stripenzieher sind. Unsere Regierung nickt alles ab - Weicheier halt - dem Strauss-Kahn hat man schnell ein lüsternes Zimmermädchen untergejubelt. Ich denke das der die Scheiße mit dem Rettungsschirm stoppen wollte - passte aber nicht ins Konzept der Euro-Mafia...mir ist mal wieder übel...und der Deutsche? Er schläft weiter...naiv bis zum abwinken - und die Coba - go to hell - wir haben schon genug schlechte Banken...

Das ist der geänderte Antrag auf Einsatz von Sullivan Hazeltine Allison LLC als Co-Counsel für das EC, geändert ist, daß sie jetzt rückwirkend ab 22. März 2011 eingesetzt werden sollen. Stellungnahmen zum Antrag sind beim hearing am 24.05.2011 vorgesehen. Objection deadline zu diesem Antrag ist heute 17.05.2011, ist vielleicht etwas kurzfristig aber soweit finde ich das noch o.k.

Was mich etwas verwirrt sind einige Adressen im Verteiler - da ist z.B. beim US Trustee  Joseph McMahon angegeben, der ist schon im letzten Jahr ausgeschieden, darf so etwas passieren (oder ist er wieder da)?
Und ist es normal, daß Benesch Friedlander Coplan + Aronoff LLP auch mit auf dem Verteiler stehen, das waren doch die ersten Anwälte vom EC vor Ashby + Geddes, aber die sind doch zurückgetreten.
Stehe ich jetzt völlig auf dem Schlauch? Was haltet Ihr davon?

Benesch Friedlander Coplan + Aronoff LLP waren während der Zeit vom 11. Januar 2010 - 3. März 2010 als Conflict-Counsels für das damals frisch gegründete EC tätig. Der Hauptcounsel war Venable LLP.

Mir ist das auch schon aufgefallen, dass auch bei neueren Verteiler Listen immer noch Joseph McMahon als Anwalt des US Trustee aufgeführt ist, obwohl dieser bereits Ende Juli 2010 durch J. Leamy ersetzt wurde. Ich denke da wurde einfach mal eine falsche Vorlage benutzt.

Das würde erklären weshalb auch heute noch so viele Docs beim Gericht eingehen mit dem falschen UST-Anwalt. Denn J. McMahon wurde im Juli 2010 durch Jane Leamy ersetzt. Schon der Antrag zwecks Einsetzung unseres Examiners wurde am 26. Juli 2010 durch Jane Leamy unterzeichnet:
