Ich sehe es eher so, dass ich natürlich partizipiere, wenn noch mehr partizipieren zumal ich Rye Patch schon ziemlich lange im Depot liegen habe und von dem Management absolut überzeugt bin. Am Ende haben alles was davon wenn der Kurs aufgrund einer sehr guten Managementstrategie nicht nur kurzfristig, wie so oft, sondern auch langfristig steigen wird. Alle Daten liegen auf der Hand und können nachgerechnet werden. Ein Unternehme mit einem positiven Cash-Flow und einem KGV von aktuell ca. 1,3 ist maßlos unterbewertet. Wer hier nicht zugreift und nur zuguckt wie der Kurs steigt und steigt ist selbst dran schuld !
Ein KGV von 1,3 unterstellt aber, wenn ich das richtig sehe, dass den erwarteten(!) Einnahmen aus der Goldproduktion der jetzt gekauften Mine keine weiteren Kosten gegenüberstehen. Ob da die im Artikel auch erwähnten Investitionen schon drin sind, die für den Weiterbetrieb nötig sind, hab ich nicht rausgelesen. Zumindest sollten ja aber für die anderen Projekte noch Kosten anfallen, die von den prognostizierten 21 Mio oder was das war, noch abzuziehen sind.

zu 0,255, denn sie wird schön stetig und gesund weitersteigen mit kleinen Rücksetzern zum Nachkauf.
Der Kauf des Unternehmens wird über Barmittel und Aktien realisiert. Die zusätzlichen 27Mio. Kredit zur Erneuerung der Produktionsanlagen betragen jährlich 8%, also ca. 3Mio. die ich in meiner Berechnung bereits berücksichtigt habe. 21Mio. Gewinn - 3Mio. Kredit = 18Mio. + Coers Lizenzgebühren von ca. 4Mio = 22Mio. Gewinn p.a. bei einer Marktkapitalisierung von ca. 32Mio. ergibt ein KGV von aktuell 1,45.
gute entscheidung. Das MM da sitzen echte Profis. Zusammen hat das MM schon Projekte von über 100 Mio Unzen Gold begleitet. Also keine Amteure am Board. gleichwertige Aktien mit 75000-100000 unzen pro Jahr sind mit 200-400 mio bewertet Rye jetzt mit 40 mio. Den Rest kannste dir denken. Bill wird uns ne Goldene Gans bescheren. alleine die Royality mit Cuoer war schon ein Meisterstück.

Da gibt es keinen Grund dafür, außer dass einige Zocker nun erstmal Kasse machen, was wiederum gute Gelegenheiten zum Nachkauf bietet.

(TSX.V: RPM; OTCQX: RPMGF; FWB: 5TN) (the “Company” or “Rye Patch”) is pleased to announce that, further to the previously announced engagement of Macquarie Capital Markets Canada Ltd. and Canaccord Genuity Corp. (the “Lead Agents”) with respect to a proposed equity financing, a syndicate of agents (the “Agents”), co-led by the Lead Agents, and including Dundee Securities Ltd. and GMP Securities L.P., will act as agents in connection with a best efforts brokered private placement of 182,000,000 subscription receipts of the Company (the “Subscription Receipts”) at a price of Cdn$0.22 per Subscription Receipt for gross proceeds of Cdn$40,040,000 (the “Offering”).
The Company has also granted the Agents an option (the “Agents’ Option”), exercisable in whole or in part at any time prior to the closing of the Offering, to sell as agent an additional 45,500,000 Subscription Receipts at Cdn$0.22 per Subscription Receipt for total additional aggregate gross proceeds of up to Cdn$10,010,000 on the same terms and conditions as the Offering. Potential aggregate gross proceeds from the sale of Subscription Receipts under the Offering and the Agents’ Option (collectively, the “Offering”) would be Cdn$50,050,000.
The net proceeds from the Offering will be used to finance, in part, the purchase price under the Company’s agreement (the “Acquisition Agreement”) to acquire 100% ownership of the Florida Canyon gold mine (with the Standard gold mine) located in Pershing County, Nevada and related assets (the “Acquisition”) announced in its news release of May 25, 2016, as well as certain working capital and corporate requirements needed to redevelop and expand the Florida Canyon gold mine. Closing of the Acquisition is anticipated to occur on or before July 31, 2016, subject to regulatory approvals and satisfying conditions of closing under the Acquisition Agreement. Conditions in the Company’s favour include completion of a credit facility for not less than US$25 million (the Company has a previously announced commitment letter for a US$27 million credit facility from Macquarie Bank Limited (the “Credit Facility”)) and completion of an equity financing of not less than US$30 million (which completion of the Offering will satisfy).
Each Subscription Receipt will entitle the holder to receive one common share of Rye Patch (a “Common Share”), without additional payment or further action on the part of the holder, when all conditions precedent to the completion of the Acquisition, the Credit Facility, and the Offering are satisfied or waived by the applicable parties. The gross proceeds from the Offering will be held in escrow pending satisfaction or waiver of these conditions precedent. If the conversion of the Subscription Receipts does not occur before 5 p.m. (Vancouver time) on August 31, 2016 (except as extended with the consent of the Lead Agents) or if the Acquisition Agreement is terminated at any earlier time, the holders of the Subscription Receipts will be entitled to a return of their full subscription price and their pro rata entitlement to the interest earned on the escrowed funds.

die sich augenblicklich stellt ist, in welchen Zeitraum das geschieht? Produziert soll Anfang 2017 werden, bis dahin ist noch eine Weile! Ganz so eilig wie gestern ist es nicht mehr! Moneyplus der cashflow kann auch durch Ebitda ersetzt werden, kommt so ziemlich auf's gleiche raus!

zum Timing an alle gestern gekauft haben - so wie ich... :-(
Aber spätestens mit steigendem Gold müsste es ja hier auch wieder kräftig rauf gehen, die Wandlung vom Explorer zum Produzenten bleibt ja!

Dem ist nichts hinzuzufügen und das genau jetzt eine Kapitalerhöhung kommt, konnte ja keiner voraussehen ! Dadurch, dass der Kurs etwas sinkt, steigt das KGV durch die Verwässerung nicht ganz so stark. Wir hätten dann anstatt 145Mio. + 180Mio. = 325Mio. Aktien bei dem aktuellen Kurs von 0,197€ ergibt das eine MK von: ca. 64Mio.€ was einem KGV von ca. 4,3 bei einem Cash/Flow von ca. 15Mio.€ p.a.. D.h., dass wir trotz der Kapitalerhöhung immer noch stark unterbewertet sind. Ein sehr konservatives KGV wäre 10, d.h. dass hier mal noch ganz entspannt mehr als 100% drinnen sein sollten.
habe ich gestern auch nochmal nachgekauft. Aber spekulation ist das Rye wohl bis zu 200000 OZ pro Jahr abbauen will. Aber alles nur Spekualtion. Denn die 40-50 Mio bracuht man eigentlich nicht. Daher die haben was mit dem Geld vor.
