I am not german I will write in english I have some wirecard shares and I am very worried, my thought after I have read yours : the story tell is completely unbelievable because nobody believe the sequence :1. for many years no body is aware of something wrong in the reports and not for small sums but we talk of bilions of euro 2. No body can't hide 2b of euro because is not possible, is absolutely unbelivable thet they are not able to find 2b euro 3. Marsalek is absolutely disappeared. This is a story absolutely unbelievable, almost sure a big spy story. The wirecard is a technological company and seems that USA doesn't want competitor in the technological sector, could it be?

No one could believe at htis story because it's a completely tale story. I don't understand how is it possible to build a parliamentary committee for this unbelievable story: 2 bilion that no one can discoer where they are, for many years no one is aware about reports completely false, Marsalek disappeared. Who could believe in this story?

Hi Meimsteph, I think that not only German but the entire Europe must give an answer because is surely a spy story and it's a very dangerous story this one, they are trying to destroy a company. Without know particulars but I can't believe in this story, the story it's absolutely unbelievable  

Wenn Wirecard, so, wie ich vermute, auch bei den Kunden der Tochterunternehmen in Vorleistung gegangen ist, dann würde ich schon gerne wissen
wollen, was uns durch den Verkauf dieser Geschäftszweige eigentlich verloren gegangen ist.
Oder wurde diesen Kunden der Service nicht angeboten?  

bestimmt gabs ausfälle,lam ja kein öl durch diese meerstrasse.   ReineSpekulation im bundeshaushalt konnte man  schllecht buchen "za iran" also kam ey auf die idee "wir machen ein "geld kommt noch konto " in Singapur. Sobald öl wieder fliesst wird das Geld nachgetragen. ?

Ich finde die Täuschungen einfach nur noch erbärmlich. Seit vielen Wochen tagt nun ein sogenannter Untersuchungsausschuss. Gebracht hat er bisher folgendes: keiner wusste von irgendetwas. Mehr gibt es nicht zu erzählen. Der Steuerzahler und somit Finanzierer dieses "Untersuchungsausschuss" ist bisher noch nicht so ganz zufrieden mit den bisherigen "Erkenntnissen". Er und vor allem der stark geschädigte wirecard-aktionär würde sich doch sehr freuen, wenn er denn mal antworten bekäme auf seine zahlreichen fragen.

I think that your Bafin's head has understood everything when he told that there was a game , he told two nationalities but didn't tell the other one.
It's very easy to understand. Wirecard was building a network to move money all over the world, this give control of money and this control give real POWER. There was someone who wasn't agree of that.
To destroy a company you need the insolvency, for a company like wirecard it's easy to obtain insolvency because they have as tangible assets only the customer cash, so to obtain insolvency for wirecard it needs only to divert big sum of cash maybe from someone inside the company that played double role with some secret service. No cash means destroy the company with the insolvency.
Probably Bafin and Merkel know everithing.
Surely wirecard did misconduct but the story is secret sercive that want to destroy wirecard.
What is incredible is your parliamentary committee that hasn't yet understood the game, they insist about the false report of the company instead to investigate in the right direction : there was someone who doesn't want give the power to control money around the world to an european company. It's easy to understand.
Your parliamentaries MUST investigate in the right direction.
Your government and europe must tell louder that wirecard continue to live in any case.

May I ask where you come from ?

in der letzten woche  wurde von der strategie, der von ey beauftragten Rechtsanwälte in sachen regresshaftungsfrage berichtet, es hieß dort, von seiten der ey -ra- das, man noch nicht alle dinge benennen würde ( also nicht schon jetzt alles pulver verschiessen wolle) die für die ey verteidigung von wichtigkeit wären.
ich würde dieses, evtl. mal so interpretieren wollen,das man nicht kampflos eine pleite von ey -deutschland in kauf nehmen will und bis zum letzten kämpfen werde.......
das würde dann für mich heißen, in der jetzigen situation, vorstand in haft oder auf der flucht oder was auch immer, das unternehmen bereits zu größten teil verschachert und einen insolvenzverwalter im nacken der auch noch regressforderungen stellt, mit welchen sachen will ey jetzt noch die v.g. und mit welcher beschuldigungen will ey sich vor gericht noch reinwaschen wollen,es wurden evtl. bestechungsversuche vorgenommen ? etc. , ich sehe da für ey keine bodenbildung wie dort argumentiert werden sollte,ihr vielleicht ? man würde sich nur weiter selbst belasten.
dann bleibt ja wohl nur noch das regime, gegen das man vielleicht noch bestehende beweise zurückhält und diese vielleicht so auslegen möchte,- wir wurden genötigt, dies und das zu testieren, wir haben noch weitere meldungen; an andere bundesbehörden gemacht denen nicht nachgegangen wurde uns liegen namen von politikern und firmen vor, sonst hätte man uns von der liste der bevorzugten wp der brd gestrichen, lieber jetzt den die karten auf tisch legen und den bund als auftraggeber verlieren,als konkurs zugehen und einen über die grenzen gehenden repputationverlust hin zunehmen.

I am italian and I have some shares in wirecard and I am very worried, think and rethink about it.
It's easy to undestand wirecard as tangible assets has only cash, to obtain insolvency it needs to divert cash, to divert cash it needs to have inside the company a partner or could be also in some way obbliged in crime and in this case this person could be only Marsalek.
The other nationality it's easy who has most power in world , who try to oppose other technological companies to compete with its companies.
Moreover the strange thing, what is the wirecard ceo nationality who asks the insolvency?

I don't tell that wirecard is holy , that they didn't misconduct maybe in arms or other. But the story if the insolvency is not believable, is not believable that they didn't for years a hole of 2b, is not believable that they are not able to find this 2b, is not believable that marsalek is disappeared.
Think about, wirecard was building a network to move money all over the world in the best technological way, this is very REAL REAL POWER. This could not be accepted to someone in the the wolrd
