Korrekt, das hat nicht funktioniert. 15 Punkte Verlust. Nächster Short läuft jetzt mit einem Risiko von 15 Punkten. Sollte der nicht funktionieren, läuft der nächste Short bei ca. 13.200 Punkten.

Eventuell werde ich 2-3mal ausgestoppt. Das macht nichts, mein Ziel liegt bei mindestens 12.650 Punkten.
Klingt wahnsinnig, oder?
Die Chance dieses Ziel zu erreichen ist gewaltig hoch (mind. 80%). Also wesentlich höher, als ein 1-Dollar Escrow!

dieses Szenario, kurz bevor eine Trendwende mit einem kräftigen Schub bevorsteht, nenne ich "Rehkitze töten". Die Shorties werden nun kräftig verhauen. Das ist nötig, damit die ganzen Lemminge bei der Bewegung nicht mit dabei sind. Das ist einer der Hauptgründe, warum weniger als 1% der Trader erfolgreich sind. Sie liegen oft richtig, können ihre Position aber nicht laufen lassen, weil mehrfach auf die Fresse bekommen. Nur wer hier vernünftiges, risikoarmes Stopp-Management betreibt kann überleben, und die große Bewegung mitnehmen.
Sollte ich mich dennoch irren, kein Problem. Über 13.200 Punkte ist mein Short Szenario vorerst gegessen. Dann such ich nach neuen, anderen Chancen.

Falsches Forum..

Ich hoffe der Kurs geht nochmal kurz auf 65 Cent...dann kaufe ich noch einmal 13% meines Invest nach und bin dann auf 0,98 $ EK.
Und Polytur...dann bin ich noch vor Fasching grün...

Wurde dort Vermögen gebunkert sprich Assets das nun an uns fliesst über die WMIH?

Bei dem ihub durcheinander immer schwierig nachzulesen...es schlägt wie immer massiv Wellen in den USA

Wobei hier Substanz drin ist, da diese WaMu 1031 Exchange aufgelöst, wurde.

...die Company aufelöst wurde, sondern weil man die Suchabfrage halt nicht direkt verlinken kann. Man muss dann

1. Auf "New Search" klicken
2. Dann "Wamu 1031" eingeben
3. Bei Search Type darüber "Corporation Name" auswählen
4. Dann auf Search drücken
5. Dann kommt genau ein Ergebnis und da muss man noch
6. Bei Entity Name auf WAMU 1031 EXCHANGE klicken, dann ist man dort

Alle Sub wurden in diese WAMU 1031 Exchange transferiert, und auf Ende Jahr wird auch WAMU 1031 Exchange aufgelöst. Seit einiger Zeit wird auf iHub spekuliert, das durch dieser Auflösung, Geld für die Escrows kommen könnte. Wir werden es Ende Jahr erfahren...

ist diese Erwartung nicht, wenn man sich auf dieses offizielle Dokument bezieht. Die Frage ist nur wo, und in welcher Form werden die Assets wieder auftauchen...

das nur wenige Insider wirklich den Durchblick haben, und die schreiben weder auf iHub, noch auf ariva. Trotzdem gibt es immer wieder interessante Beiträge, wie z.B. der folgende von dmdmd2020...

IMO...my conclusions:

1) Per the SEC/Edgar site, there were 29 MBS/ABS Trusts that were created since 2001

2) Per the State of Delaware site, there are only 6 MBS/ABS Trusts left.

3) Thus 23 out of 29 MBS/ABS Trusts have been liquidated/prepaid/terminated and, all of the obligations to investors have been paid, including the residual equity tranches/interests (rightful owner of residual equity Tranches is WMI Escrow Marker Holders and some of the prospectuses required WMI to retain 25% of the MBS Trusts).

Liquidated MBS Trust percentage = 23/29 = 79.31%

Therefore, 79.31% of the MBS/ABS Trusts have been liquidated and are all in cash.

Some entity is holding the cash that belongs to WMI Escrow Marker Holders.

IMO...similar liquidation percentages are consistent in MBS Trusts that were created by the other WMI subsidiaries (Wamu Asset Acceptance Corp, and Washington Mutual Mortgage Securities Corp.)

Keep in mind there were $692 billion in mortgages that were securitized by WMI subsidiaries in MBS Trusts from 2000-2008.
Total Liquidation of all MBS/ABS Trusts = $692 billion x 79.31% = $548.8275 billion liquidated in cash

WMI Escrow Marker Holders share in lieu of Equity Tranches = $548.8275 billion x 25% = $137.2068 in cash for WMI Escrow Marker Holders

Wenn Assets kommen sollten...über wmih...dann würde der Kurs davon profitieren.
Warum stehen wir dann bei 70 Cent?

Keine Insider? Oder wollen uns da einige geschickt rauskicken vor dem grossen Zahltag?

Immer wieder...der Kurs lügt nicht?
Der Kurs geht nach meiner Meinung wieder hoch...aber wenn an der WaMu 1031 was dran sein sollte...dann wird der Kurs es vorher anzeigen...

Das ist es ja, viele Spekulationen... aber keiner kann 100% belegen das sie kommen, und in welcher Form. Es ist alles offen, deshalb auch der ziellose Kurs ohne jegliche Anzeichen.
