4Energy Invest NV is a Belgium-based company engaged in renewable energies. The Company develops and manages small and medium-sized projects that valorize biomass into energy. It identifies potential biomass projects, performs a feasibility study and then takes responsibility for designing, financing, constructing and operating the project. 4Energy Invest has two cogeneration projects located in Amel, Belgium and has identified a number of sites that offer opportunities to build and operate similar projects in Belgium. The Company also pursues cogeneration projects in other countries, including the United Kingdom and Germany. As of December 31, 2010, 4Energy Invest NV had three direct subsidiaries, Renogen SA, 4BioFuels SA and 4HamCogen, as well as two indirect subsidiaries, Amel Bio SA and Pontrilas Renewable Energy Ltd.
