Das ist das Spiel eines Managements, das weiß, dass es kaum noch frei handelbare Aktien gibt...
vielleicht auch nur versucht, per stop-loss nochmals ein paar Stücke abzugreifen oder wieder ein paar zu verunsichern...
und das neue, größere
Investoren scheut wie der Teufel das Weihwasser...
denn dann wäre ja Volumen in der Aktie und diese Mini-Stücke-Spiele wären undenkbar...
man denke an ein Volumen wie zu den "Raketen" - Zeiten...
und deswegen gibt es auch keine News mehr, wenigstens vorläufig, und wenn, dann enttäuschende!

The 2009 year ended well for your company. With the significant investment of
$8,625,000 by Rob McEwen’s Lexam Explorations Inc., VG Gold has evolved to an
aggressive exploration company with a much improved market profile.
The future of your well positioned junior gold company looks very positive in light of the
company’s gold exploration potential, and the future value of gold in the face of
declining currency values. Share prices of junior gold companies are likely to see rapid
valuation improvement when capital flows accelerate into gold assets as investors
transfer out of paper assets including government bonds, treasury bills and major
currencies.
Exploration work continues successfully on VG Gold’s attractive gold properties located
in Timmins, Ontario, adjacent to major Canadian gold mines. Exploration on the
Paymaster West Porphyry Zone indicates a near surface lower grade open pit potential
750 metres from partner Goldcorp’s Dome Mine and mill, plus higher grade potential
below the 600 feet deep historic mine workings. Additional potential also exists 500
meters to the north, where the Fuller Zone crosses on to the Paymaster property from the
100% owned Fuller property, and current drilling on Paymaster is exploring this
historically productive gold zone.
Drilling at the Davidson Tisdale property owned 68.5% by VG Gold and 31.5% by San
Gold Corporation is exploring the high grade Main Zone system to greater depth. The
exploration potential of the Davidson Tisdale Mine is illustrated by its location on trend
three miles east by the Hollinger & McIntyre Mines, and on trend to the west by Lake
Shore’s Bell Creek Mine and Goldcorp’s Hoyle Pond Mine.
The 100% owned Buffalo Ankerite Mine produced 1 million gold ounces from 1926 to
1953 from surface to about 2,500 feet deep. Exploration work by the Company has begun
to develop a growing resource from surface down to 1,500 feet deep with deeper
potential below where high grade gold has been identified in a porphyry zone.
Management is dedicated to building growth in shareholder value through aggressive
exploration and development work through 2010 and 2011.
