Ich denke das die erst mal in Übersee mit nen großen Gap startet da sich der Kurs unseren Kursen anpasst.
Dieses Gap wird dann wieder geschlossen. Also vom Gefühl her würde ich sagen man kauft günstiger wenn man erst mal ein paar Minuten bis nach Handelseröffnung an der TSX wartet. Kann aber auch sein das ich mich täusche. Sehr oft ist es aber so!

Gestern ist der Kurs an der TSX schon 26% nach oben gegangen. Die Umsätze waren auch ganz ordentlich. Also ein paar müssen es also doch schon gewusst haben.
meines Wissens haben die Canadier einiges an neuen Technologien im Rohr; z.T. startet aktuell die Markteinführung. Das scheint mir äußerst innovativ. Und solche eine Betrachtung finde ich interessanter als andere rein spekulative Überlegungen. Bei dem niedrigen Einstandskurs sicher eine Perspektive mit guten Gewinnchancen!

In der Spitze notierte die Aktie bereits bei 0,40 CAD, gab aber dann zum Wochenschluss etwas nach. Der Wandlungspreis für die Optionsscheine bzw. die Wandel-schuldverschreibung liegt bei 0,37 CAD. Die Transaktion soll bis Ende Juli 2011 abgeschlossen werden.
Dieser Deal wird über kurz oder lang eine Neubewertung der Aktie nach sich ziehen. Erst jetzt werden viele Investoren Pure Energy Visions als Technologiegesellschaft wahrnehmen! Manche Investoren werden auch erst den Abschluss der Transaktion abwarten, bevor sie einsteigen. Wir sehen keinen Dealbreaker. Schließlich ist der Deal für beide Seiten vorteilhaft. Leadership in Wire-Free Power Continues with Embedded Solution for Notebook Computers
Toronto, Ontario - May 8th, 2011 -Pure Energy Visions Corporation (PEV-TSX Venture)
(Frankfurt FWB; "XYQ"), and PureEnergy Solutions, Inc, ("PES") are pleased to announce it has received initial purchase orders for the first WildCharge wire-free high-power solution for notebook computers. The new high power solution integrates WildCharge wire-free charging technology into a notebook computer for the first time; the new solution is being launched by a PureEnergy partner in the UK RM education and will be offered as an option for a line of notebooks aimed at the educational market. The solution is expected to begin shipping in July, in time for back-to-school sales.
The new WildCharge solution is comprised of a notebook receiver module, a desktop pad, and a pad designed to be integrated into a mass charging fixture, capable of charging more than a dozen notebooks simultaneously. The notebook receiver module provides 65 watts of power to the computer, and charges at the same rate as the wall adapter that ships with the computer. The entire solution is integrated into the notebook, so there are no external adapters required.
The Notebook Desktop Pad is 18" long, and provides 90 watts of power; more than enough to power the notebook, along with several cell phones, simultaneously. The new high power solution continues to feature the ability for the user to place multiple devices anywhere on the pad, in any orientation, and receive worry-free power. This feature extends to the new high power pad, allowing the same freedom of placement among devices of significantly different power requirements, such as a laptop and a cell phone.

Toronto, Ontario - [June 7, 2011] - Pure Energy Visions (TSXV:PEV) (OOTC:PUURF) Corporation (the "Corporation")(TSX Venture Exchange: "PEV" Frankfurt FWB: "XYQ") is pleased to announce it has arranged a non-brokered private placement to raise Cdn$1,500,000 from iGo, Inc. (NASDAQ:IGOI) ("iGo") of Scottsdale, Arizona, from the issuance to iGo of 2,142,858 common shares of the Corporation at a purchase price of Cdn$.35 per common share and Cdn$750,000 principal amount of secured convertible debentures of the Corporation. The private placement is subject to acceptance by the TSX Venture Exchange. The debentures will have a one year term, be convertible into an aggregate of 2,142,858 common shares of the Corporation at Cdn$0.35 per share, and not carry interest. The debenture will be secured by a 33% interest in a new AA battery manufacturing line being developed by the Corporation through an agreement with a high technology design and machine manufacturing company (the "New AA Battery Line").
This private placement is anticipated to close shortly and prior to the Corporation's previously announced planned acquisition of 100% of Pure Energy Solutions, Inc. and its wholly owned subsidiary, PES Canada, Inc., ("PES") through a share exchange merger. The Corporation and PES continue to work towards satisfying the conditions for closing this merger, which closing is anticipated to occur on or before July 31, 2011. Neither the private placement nor the merger will result in a change of control of the Corporation. Network Capital Partners, Inc., an insider of the Corporation by reason of owning over 10% of the Corporation's common shares and a security holder of PES, will continue to be an insider after the merger, but its percentage ownership interest will decrease. Paul Simmonds and Bruce Simmonds, directors and officers of the Corporation, are also directors and officers of Network Capital Partners, Inc.
iGo is not an insider of the Corporation. iGo is a distributor of battery products manufactured and developed by PES pursuant to distribution and license agreements. The agreements make iGo the exclusive distributor of Pure Energy batteries in retail markets worldwide (with the exception of China, Hong Kong and Africa) and to earn royalties from the licensing of certain new technology being developed by the Corporation to third parties approved by the Corporation and iGo. iGo's business plan includes improving the retail sales price point for rechargeable batteries compared to disposable batteries and committing resources to marketing and distributing Pure Energy batteries under both the iGo brand and third party brands with the intent of gaining meaningful market penetration in the rechargeable battery market.
The proceeds from the private placement shall be utilized by the Corporation directly or through investments in PES debt securities to fund payments to suppliers for services relating to the development of the New AA Battery Line and the development of new battery technology, the pursuit of worldwide patents and other proprietary rights for this new battery technology, the final development and implementation of the New AA Battery Line, and for funding expenses incurred in connection with the foregoing.

Pure Energy Announces New Rechargeable Alkaline Battery Packs

Toronto, Ontario Canada, July 20, 2011 (TheNewswire.ca) -- Pure Energy Visions Corporation (TSXV:PEV) (OOTC:PUURF) (PEV - TSX Venture)(XYQ - FWB), ("PEV" or "Pure Energy"), and PureEnergy Solutions, Inc., (PES) are pleased to announce the introduction of new 6 and 12 volt rechargeable alkaline (RAMcell) battery packs. The new packs target a number of applications including emergency lighting, security systems, back-up power and a variety of LED lighting products.
Most of these devices currently use sealed lead acid (SLA) or Nickel Cadmium (NiCd) rechargeable batteries. RAMcell packs have several advantages over these batteries including higher capacity and longer run times, reduced weight, superior shelf life for improved stand-by capability, and they are maintenance free. Furthermore, RAMcell's do not contain heavy metals.
Compared to a 6 volt 2.6 Ah SLA battery that weighs 536 grams a RAMcell 6 volt pack provides up to 8 Ah at a weight of 468 grams. RAMcells are manufactured in a charged state and hold their charge for 7 years where as SLA batteries have a shelf life of approximately 1 year and NiCd have a shelf life of less than 6 months.

Toronto, Ontario Canada, July 27, 2011 (TheNewswire.ca) -- Pure Energy Visions Corporation (PEV - TSX Venture)(XYQ - FWB), ("PEV" or "Pure Energy"), is very pleased to announce the signing of an equity joint venture agreement with Linyi City Huatai Battery Industrial Corp. (Huatai), for the manufacturing, sales and distribution of Pure Energy's patented rechargeable alkaline (RAMcell) batteries to the Chinese domestic retail and OEM markets.
Established in 1998, Huatai is one of the leading battery manufacturers in China with annual production of more than 2.5 billion batteries. The new company will be named Linyi Huatai Pure Energy Co Ltd (the JV) and will be located in a brand new 6,000 square meter facility in Linyi City. The registered capital of the JV will be $10,000,000 with Huatai owning 51% of the JV and Pure Energy Visions Corp (TSXV:PEV) (OOTC:PUURF) , 49%. The initial term of the agreement is for 15 years.
Through the JV, Huatai will focus on RAMcell production and battery sales within China, while Pure Energy and its partners will focus on expanding sales outside of China. Production of AA RAMcells is expected to begin in the first half of 2012, using new state-of-the-art, high speed automated equipment from Hibar Systems Limited of Richmond Hill, Ontario Canada. The new high speed line, combined with Chinese production and Huatai's significant buying power, is expected to result in a high quality product at a reduced cost.

wartet immer noch auf ausstehende Zahlen die sie für die Bilanz benötigen. So viel ich gehört resp. gelesen habe wollen sie jetzt ihre Beteiligung auf 0 abschreiben und so die Bilanz endlich veröffentlichen. Eine traurige Geschichte wie man ein tolles Unternehmen in die Binsen reitet!

I'm a shareholder from Pure Energy Visions Corporation. Since begin of December 2012 the trading is suspended because the company has not filed the balance sheet. The latest news I could read was that the investments were written off and the balance would be created with it. That was about a month ago. Now the balance is still miss and trading is not possible. Can you tell me when I can trade the stock again? Thank you for your feedback.

auf meine Mails bekommen. Es ist ein Skandal was sich diese Firma leistet. Wenn wenigstens ein Mal irgend welche News vom Management kommen würden! Aber NEIN, nichts passiert. Das einzig positive an der Geschichte ist dass der Kurs nicht noch tiefer fallen kann. Ich bitte alle investierten dem Herrn Simmonds (pwsimmonds@yahoo.com) ebenfalls mit Mails zu bombardieren damit die Kerle auch merken, dass sie im Verzug sind. Danke.

wurde im Juni 2013 als bankrott gemeldet. Ob es allerdings stimmt kann ich nicht bestätigen, ich hab es in einem Forum gelesen. Bei Pure Energy Visions soll eine neue Manager Crew am Werk sein. Jetzt mal abwarten und schauen ob sich etwas bewegt. Paul Simmonds wird mir die e-Mail Adressen der neuen Manager senden und dann werden diese bombardiert mit Mails von mir.

Pure Energy Visions Corp is an investment company which had sold its business to WildCharge (changed their name to Pure Energy Solutions) in 2010. PEV, as a result became the majority shareholder of PES (approximately 35%). Unfortunately, PES filed for chapter 11 protection in the USA and PES Canada (the battery manufacturing facility) went into receivership, both in 2013 as well. PEV is the largest creditor of PES and are hoping to receive consideration once these to situations are resolved. This situation is very unfortunate and beyond our control. As the CEO of PEV, I've continued to work for the company, even though the company has been unable to pay my salary since January 1st, 2012.
I'm sorry that this has turned out this way and still hope that the shareholders of PEV may see a positive outcome from their investment.
I will be pleased to update you periodically on any progress that is made.
