Ein ehemaliger Microsoft-Mitarbeiter ist bei denen jetzt mit dabei. Außerdem haben die wohl auch gute Connections zu den Medien, so dass die in den letzten Tagen immer wieder in den großen US-Nachrichtensendern present waren. Dadurch hat die Aktie einen richtigen Speed gewonnen.
Handelbar in Berlin und Stuttgart. Habe teuer einige Aktien gekauft. Wenn die aber weiter so rasant steigen, dann lohnt es sich hoffentlich.

... nun hat die Aktie heute mal gute - 15% nachgegeben, was nach dem Gewinnanstieg von + 50% am Freitag!!! doch nachvollziehbar ist, Gewinnmitnahmen eben. Kleine Korrektur also und weiter geht's. Kann man am Chart der letzten Wochen sehen, hat es so immer wieder mal gegeben. Gute Nacht! ;-)

Jamen: "First of all, on a personal note, my father, grandfather, and great-grandfather Shively were all born and raised in Ohio, and my grandmother Josefina Pellicer, daughter of Diego Pellicer, married my grandfather Richard Shively in the Philippines, and they moved back to Ohio and raised their seven children there. So, Ohio is a very important part of the Pellicer legacy, in addition to being the 'heart' of the country.
I think that, just as with the last three presidential elections, as go Ohio and Florida, so goes the country. All of this bodes very well for national legalization."
SMMG: In your opinion, although it's a mid-term election year, can 2014 be a pivotal year in the Cannabis debate?

Nach der ersten Analyse komme ich zum Schluss, dass hier ein großes Potenzial schlummert, der momentane Preis einengen sich hervorragend zum Einstieg, jedoch ist der Spread dieser Aktie sehr hoch, für "long term" Investoren ist dies kein Problem, jedoch muss man sagen, wenn sich hier ein Rebound ankündigt, dann ist dieser Spread nebensächlich. Nun zur Analyse, der Chart hat einen sehr schönen abfallenden Keil gebildet der schon geschlossen wurde, durch den Gravestone-Doji der am Ende dieses Keils zu sehen ist, wird höchstwahrscheinlich ein Trendwechsel angekündigt, und die Bullen gewinnen wieder an Macht und kaufen, auch die Indikatoren signalisieren dies, der MACD bekommt so langsam seinen Knick und der SS bewegt sich im überverkauften Bereich, sollte sich auch dort eine Trendwende ankündigen, dann dürfe das Gravestone-Doji gänzlich bestätigt worden sein, morgen werden wir es sehen...

FDA Exemption Has Plandai Biotechnology Heading Into Third Quarter Ready to Commence Sales of First Phytofare(TM) Product
NEW YORK, NY -- (Marketwired) -- 06/26/14 -- Plandaí Biotechnology (OTCQB: PLPL) recently learned that it qualifies for an exemption that will allow the company to commence sales of its Phytofare™ Catechin Complex as a dietary supplement without the need to apply to the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for approval to market the product.
The company's Vice President of Sales Callum Baylis-Duffield said of the exemption, "As we gear up to commence marketing Phytofare™ in the coming quarter, qualifying for this exemption is a huge milestone. NEW YORK, NY -- (Marketwired) -- 06/26/14 -- Plandaí Biotechnology (OTCQB: PLPL) recently learned that it qualifies for an exemption that will allow the company to commence sales of its Phytofare™ Catechin Complex as a dietary supplement without the need to apply to the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for approval to market the product.

(OTCQB: PLPL), a producer of highly bioavailable plant extracts for industries including health, wellness, nutriceutical, and pharmaceutical, today announced that it has formed a new wholly-owned subsidiary, Cannabis Biosciences, Inc., in Delaware, for the purpose of developing and testing a new Phytofare™ botanical extract derived from cannabis.
Preliminarily dubbed Phytofare™ Phyto-cannabinoid Complex, the new extract will share a similar extraction process to the other Phytofare™ products and is expected to demonstrate the same high levels of bioavailability and purity. THC has also been shown to help in reducing brain tumors and slowing the advance of Alzheimer's. When Plandaí first announced its intention to produce a Phytofare™ Cannabinoid Extract, we were inundated with phone calls and emails—the majority of which wanted to know when and where they could buy some. Since that time, we’ve read different articles and blog posts speculating that Plandaí is growing marijuana on its South Africa plantation and importing its extract to Washington under the Diego Pellicer brand name.
With all of this misinformation out there, we felt it appropriate to “set the record straight” with respect to Plandaí and its involvement in the marijuana industry.
First, Plandaí is NOT presently producing any type of cannabis extract nor are we farming cannabis in South Africa, Washington or anywhere else. There are many reasons for this, but primarily we recognize that cannabis cultivation and extract production is illegal—everywhere—unless you have special permission from the government. Notwithstanding recent legislation in Washington and Colorado, growing, processing, possessing and selling marijuana in any form is still illegal on the federal level. Plandaí has no intention of crossing this line. Internationally, growing marijuana is illegal, especially in South Africa and other countries where we operate.
Initially, our attorneys believed we could set up a lab and begin testing in Washington. We set this process in motion by designing the equipment and reaching out to local scientists and researchers. We then determined that, if followed through upon, our activities could potentially violate federal laws and we immediately halted any efforts to produce an extract in the US.
With that being said, Plandaí believes that cannabis shows great medical potential. Unfortunately, very little testing has been done in a true, double-blind, controlled human clinical environment. Much of what we know is either anecdotal or backed by small lab-scale studies. We have developed the science that will allow us to produce a highly bioavailable cannabinoid complex. This new product should enable us to deliver a clinical dose of cannabinoids directly to human tissue and, theoretically, even cross the blood-brain barrier, enabling us to treat neuron disorders. Without testing, however, this is all theoretical.
Plandaí is actively working with several government agencies in hopes of being granted permission to commence testing our cannabinoid product. Once this permission is received, it will take us about ninety days to set up an extraction lab and produce the first extract. This extract will then be tested for purity and undergo a full chemical profile. Only then will be begin animal studies to determine what, if any, medicinal benefits are present. Favorable lab studies will eventually lead to human clinical trials but, again, only with proper government sanctioning.
We believe that favorable clinical trials will eventually pave the way for government acceptance. Especially for products like Plandaí’s which will have no psychoactive effects. Once we reach that point, we will have several decisions to make: Do we produce an extract locally? Do we license the technology to a third party? Do we farm our own product or purchase from a local grower? We cannot begin to answer these questions until we first have clinical results and then take account of the legal landscape at such future date.
The takeaway for our investors is that Plandaí remains committed to conducting ongoing research with a variety of different plants including cannabis and that this research will go forward as fast as the legal climate permits. Until such time, we remain committed to obeying the laws—federal, state, and international—while we continue to champion for changes to those laws and establish industry standards. We have a fiduciary responsibility to our shareholders to ensure that our company is built on a solid foundation of science, ethics, frugality, and adherence to the laws of the land.

On September 20, 2016, the Company’s Board of Directors voted to approve a stock dividend of 25 million shares, representing 25% of the total outstanding stock of its wholly-owned subsidiary, Cannabis Biosciences, Inc., which will be paid to Plandaí’s shareholders of record as of September 30, 2016. Thus far, the market has been accepting. Phytofare®, as a premium product, is not comparable to generic green tea and thus customers cannot simply swap out to our ingredient. Besides subjecting Phytofare® to a battery of tests, customers need to change over all their packaging, labeling and, in some cases, rework their product formulations. All of this translates into a fairly long buy cycle. With this said, revenues have been steadily growing and we booked around $175,000 in Phytofare® sales over the first six months of 2016.

Thus far, the market has been accepting. Phytofare®, as a premium product, is not comparable to generic green tea and thus customers cannot simply swap out to our ingredient. Besides subjecting Phytofare® to a battery of tests, customers need to change over all their packaging, labeling and, in some cases, rework their product formulations. All of this translates into a fairly long buy cycle. With this said, revenues have been steadily growing and we booked around $175,000 in Phytofare® sales over the first six months of 2016.

Nachdem Aktien wie AMMJ super laufen - denke wird auch bald die 2.Reihe der Aktien

Kurs von 2.02 Euro !! Aktuell liegt PLPL mit ca. 98 % Minus beim Kurs,
im Vergleich zum letzten MJ-Aktien Anstieg in 2014.
Auch das zeigt das Potential bei PLPL - zumindest aus Sicht vom Aktienkurs.

Bin mal gespannt, wie es die nächsten Tage weiter geht.
Was mir in den letzten Tagen bei dieser, aber auch schon bei anderen Aktien aufgefallen ist,(die im Anschluß gestiegen sind) dass das Volumen stark angezogen hat (teilweise gibt es Käufe von 8 oder 9 Millionen Stk.) und der Kursverlauf der Aktie jetzt umgekehrt verläuft! Vor einigen Wochen ist der Kurs während der Handelszeit immer im Plus gewesen und kurz vor Handelsschluß ins Minus gefallen! Jetzt ist die Aktie im Tagesverlauf im Minus und kurz vor Schluß springt sie ins Plus!
Es sind zwar nur kleine Schritte (0,0002 USD), aber bei 18.000.000 Stk. ist das eben auch Geld.
Habe damals zu 0,0004 USD gekauft :-).
Bin ja mal gespannt, wie es sich die nächsten Tage verhält.

während des Handelverlaufs leicht im Minus sein, wenn es am Schluß wieder einen kleinen Hüpfer nach oben gibt! :-)

auch bei das große Volum in den letzten Wochen ist ein gutes Zeichen
Beispiel lino Mundwasser welches Sicherheit gegen Corona geben soll. Dieses verkauft sicher auch super.
ist mal wieder ganz schön unter die Räder gekommen und daher bin ich heute eingestiegen!
Bisher ca. 230 Mio. gehandelte Aktien und um 15:47 hat jemand 19 Mio. Stk.gekauft.
Auch sonst größere Kauforders, die sich zwischen 3 - 8 Millionen bewegt haben.
Vielleicht wissen da ja einige mehr und es kommt in den Tagen zu einem größeren Anstieg!?!?
nochmals ein Kauf von 18.600.000 Stk. !
