BeesFree, Inc. Appoints Andrea Festuccia Non-Executive Chairman of the Board of Directors

WEST PALM BEACH, Fla., Aug. 22, 2012

Dr. Festuccia has over 15 years of international engineering experience, including in renewable energies and environmental management.  In addition to his role as non-executive Chairman of the Board at BeesFree, Dr. Festuccia currently serves as Senior Manager of Altran Italia SpA, External Expert for the Department of Chemical Engineering at the University "La Sapienza" of Rome, and Chairman of the Board of Directors at Opt Sensor srl.  Dr. Festuccia has previously served as Chief Technology Officer of Mycologix, Ltd, New Generation Biofuels Holdings, and IGEAM srl.  Dr. Festuccia also has served as an external expert to the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Italy.  Dr. Festuccia earned his Ph.D in Chemical Engineering from the University "La Sapienza" of Rome.
