Erwerb von Servicerechten bekannt, die 24 Milliarden Dollar an GSE-Hypotheken zugrunde liegen

zum Abschluss eines Subservicing-Vertrags über weitere 24 Milliarden Dollar an Hypotheken

zum Kauf der Seterus-Hypothekenplattform

und zur Übernahme bestimmter damit verbundener Vermögenswerte von IBM (NYSE: IBM).

Barmittel...... hmmmm.......also keine shares ?......es werden die (erworbenen ? ) Servicerechtbeteiligungen weiterverkauft ? Nicht schlecht.
Mr.Cooper wächst und wächst, kauft günstig ? zur richtigen Zeit weiter ein ( noch kennen wir von keiner Acquirierung 2019 den Kaufpreis .........
und Coop steht heute genau auf 12 geteilt durch 12........ ist 1 Euro...... ein Witz.

Ab Montag gibt's zahlreiche, bedeutende Änderungen. Ich sitze am Bodensee und warte da auf dich.

Glaub mir, trotz des aktuellen COOP Kurs ist mein COOP Depot im plus und war 2018 nicht einmal rot.
Frage, warst du überhaupt schon mal grün mit WMIH oder COOP?

Bei FnF habe ich so einen geilen EK Kurs das ich aktuell auf FnF gesehen nur 8% im Minus bin.

Also du grosser Spezialist, lass mal die Hosen runter.

Ich meinte mit 15% den Anteil was bei Insolvenzen übrig bleibt. Natürlich wären es für uns ehemaligen commons dann 25%

@supra, nochmal genauer dann 25% von diesen 15% was ich als Rest bei Insolvenzen sehe.

die Frage ist...weil die Wamu-Bank verzichtet hat, ob jetzt die Escrows das Geld erhalten ???

Die Hypotheken sind damals VERKAUFT worden, also hat WMB damals das Geld bekommen - und deswegen können die Escrows daraus nicht jetzt noch mal Geld bekommen.

Das steht doch total klar in Deinem Text: „... upon purchase thereof by Merrill Lynch Mortgage Lending, Inc...“

Das ist 13 Jahre her - und auch gar nicht schwer nachzuvollziehen.

Dich hat es nicht betroffen, ich habe ihm nix getan, weiß null was der von mir wollte. Ich hoffe er hat keine Probleme, wünsche auch zocki55555 ein erfolgreiches neues Jahr. Wenn er Erfolg hat habe ich es ja auch.


Bei den 48 Mrd. Service Rechte kann ich das nicht umrechnen. Ich glaube das der Kurs aktuell wegen der amerikanischen Zinspolitik schwierig ist, somit glaube ich das eine andere Frage besser ist.

Man darf ja nie vergessen von was COOP lebt, und das vermitteln von "mortages" wird ja nicht einfacher bei steigenden Zinsen.
Der Kurs ist vorallem deswegen runter!

Was bringen uns diese 48 Mrd. an mehr Umsatz? Das wäre meine Frage.

Ich trau mich nicht, ich glaub es kaum, Cooper im Plus, was für ein Traum.

...extrem hohes Volumen am 21. Dezember und seit dem 6 grüne (wenn es heute im Plus schließt, wovon ich ausgehe) in einer Reihe. Ich denke, der Zukauf von IBM's Seterus und der noch anstehende, aber bereits verkündete Zukauf von Pacific Union Financial, LLC geschieht nicht ohne Grund.

Wie immer, nur die Meinung eines Hobbychartisten, und keinerlei Handelsaufforderung, für niemanden, schon gar nicht für richierichornot/oitzuki1!

...und vor allem ein gesundes(!) Jahr 2019!
