                      ("Global Brands" or the "Company")

                               Notice of Results

The Company will announce its audited results of the year ended 31 December
2014 on or around 1 June 2015.

Shareholders' equity as at 30 June 2014 stood at £5,414. The Company has a
secured convertible loan facility of £300,000 from the Company's Chief
Executive Officer and major shareholder, Mr Gerwyn Williams. In the absence of
any other sources of additional funding, the Company will continue to be
reliant on the financial support of Mr Williams.
