Tata Motors Limited (the 'Company') (NYSE: TTM; BSE: 500570 and 570001; NSE: TATAMOTORS and TATAMTRDVR) announced that it has filed its annual report on Form 20-F for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2016 with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (the 'SEC') on July 28, 2016, which includes the Company's audited financial statements prepared under the International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2016.
