NXT-ID Subsidiary LogicMark to Attend 119th VFW National Convention

MELBOURNE, Florida, July 20, 2018

(NASDAQ: NXTD), today announced that it will be attending the 119^th Veterans of Foreign Wars National Convention, July 21-25, 2018 in Kansas City, Missouri. The event, which brings together thousands of VFW and Auxiliary members from around the world, will be an opportunity to highlight the safety and security that LogicMark's PERS (personal emergency response systems) devices can offer veterans.

The Veterans of Foreign Wars of the United States (or VFW) is an American war veterans organization headquartered in Kansas City, Missouri.
