For Deon Amiel, an Education & Sales Training coordinator who held weekly fitness classes in the Brampton campus gym, this has led to hosting her cardio workouts virtually and increasing her class size from a handful of employees to nearly 50 across the country. "People are really enjoying the class and appreciate the ability to add in a workout during the day with colleagues," adds Deon.
