Orascom Development Holding AG platziert erfolgreich eine Anleihe von CHF 100 Millionen.

Altdorf, 19. September 2019 - Orascom Development Holding AG hat eine Anleihe von CHF 100 Millionen mit einem Coupon von 3.25% und einer Laufzeit von fünf Jahren erfolgreich im Markt platziert. Es handelt sich um die erste öffentliche Anleiheemission in der Unternehmensgeschichte.

Der Erlös der Anleihe dient der Weiterentwicklung der Destinationen in Oman und Montenegro und allgemeinen Unternehmenszwecken.

Bank Vontobel AG fungierte als Lead Manager der Transaktion. Die Zulassung zum Handel an der SIX Swiss Exchange wird beantragt und die Liberierung der Anleihe ist für den 11 Oktober 2019 vorgesehen..
