Bei CC gab es das Problem mit den Vorzügen vor einiger Zeit schonmal. Das Handeln per Tel-Auftrag ist aber problemlos möglich (habs gestern selber so gemacht).

Das gleiche habe ich von meiner Bank aus Auskunft bekommen und so würden wir keine Abstimmungsunterlagen bekommen.

hätte mich gewundert wenn diese thematik heute mal nicht auf den tisch kommen würde.

was ihr da bekommen habt richtet sich an leute die wamu aktien in eben der besagten zeit hatten.da geht es um ein settlement mit eben diesen aktieninnhabern das hat mit uns oder der abstimmung rein gar nichts zu tun.

das ist definitiv eine Falschaussage. Die Aktion auf die sich die genannten Daten beziehen war eine andere. ID_payback hat dazu heute schon ein gutes Posting verfasst. Macht Eurer Bank Feuer unter dem Hintern.
Wenn ihr eine Mail an KCCLLC schickt mit der Bitte um die Ballots, schicken die euch auch die Pressemitteilung etc. mit. Das schickt ihr eurer Bank. Dann können die sich mal einlesen...

Ich habe das Schreiben wegen der Abstimmungsunterlagen,was vor Tagen hier rein gestellt wurde , an meine Bank geschickt.

Habe das Schreiben auch an Maxblue per Einschreiben mit Rückschreiben geschickt, aber noch keine Rückmeldung bekommen. Das Posting von ID payback habe ich schon heute Früh gelesen.

hat keine ahnung weise sie darauf hin das es zwei vollkommen verschiedene sachen sind.
wenn alles nicht hilft sprich mit jemandem in der bank der ein hühnerei von einem entenei unterscheiden kann.

muß man sich mal vorstellen solche leute verwalten milliarden...und verdienen noch recht gut sind jedoch meist absolut inkompetent haben für alles wiederum ihre fachberater und fremdfinanzierer inkl. vertreter...
hier läuft eindeutig was verkehrt.

There is really nothing more to say (for me at least) at this stage but to make up one’s mind. Right after the settlement news came out, I recognized this was likely the best the EC can do under the circumstance. Otherwise, they would not settle. Period.

After January 2011 opinion, I began to think, however, despite setbacks and mounting adversities, we may have a realistic shot at NewCo. I believed that had become one of the major focuses of EC efforts (in addition to IT, Appeal and a couple of other things). I’ve written a number of posts on this topic (NOLs, EC knows It Fully Well, 12-27-2010; My Understanding of Tracadia Issue, 11-23-2010; Reading the Court Denial Order & Opinions,1-9-2011; The Next Major Battle, 3-18-2011; Value of WMMRC, in the Judge’s Eyes, 5-25-2011; Pondering about IRS Section 269 & 382, 7-14-2011and others). Some of my analyses are proven to be on the target while some are turning out to be off the mark. I have no regret. I understand any analyses have to be put into the given context with the known information available to us at that particular time. Anyway, as much as I want to see cash dropping on us on the effective date of the settlement, I recognize the current non-cash settlement, NewCo.-working in progress situation is what we can get realistically. I accept that.

The brokers and their vendors are just completing the mailing – you should have your packages by the end of next week. Do not, under any circumstances, send any of your ballots directly to KCC. They must be processed by E*Trade, or they will not be counted.

{remember, your broker's deadline for YOU will be earlier so they can compile their MASTER ballot}

So the question about adding shares, etc -- is a broker-by-broker one, as to whether they can/will accommodate that.

In other words, "just because a Broker can submit an update to KCCLLC, doesn't mean they must do that for YOU, or are set up to do that. Many brokers are 'once you vote' that's it."

Der Autor hat im "Certificate of Service"-Verteiler neben den "üblichen" Parteien Presseorgane angeschrieben;
