Nichts für ungut, aber die Diskussion, ob einer hier Geld verdienen will oder nicht ist doch für´n Komposthaufen!
Ihr scheint alle so firm zu sein im kanadischen Minenrecht, dass Ihr es nicht nötig habt auf Fragen einzugehen von Leuten wie mir, die hier nicht so fit sind - oder? Deshalb noch einmal zurück zur Sache: Drei Veröffentlichungen wurden gemacht s.u. Zweimal sind es solche wie heute mit einer 30-Tage-Einspruchsfrist. Aber hinterher hört man dann nichts mehr. Was heißt das? Ist die Abwassergenehmigung z.B. noch nicht erteilt, obwohl die Einspruchsfreist längst abelaufen ist? Und läuft jetzt bei dieser Genehmigung für Wasser das Ganze wieder wie gehabt, dass wir von Quartal zu Quartal vertröstet und hingehalten werden? Und welche Genehmigungen müssen denn noch erteilt werden? Ich wäre wirklich sehr dankbar, wenn jemand diese drei einfachen Fragen beantworten könnte:
1. Welche Permitts brauchen wir bis zum Produktionsbeginn?
2. Welche haben wir schon?
3. Auf welche warten wir noch?

This application includes all emission sources from the mining process that exhaust to the atmosphere including: blasting, drilling, storage and transportation of ore, welding operations and non-process sources of combustion. Emissions to the atmosphere include: particulate matter, carbon monoxide, nitrogen oxides, and various trace metals. The Basic Comprehensive Certificate of Approval (Air) requires that the company demonstrate compliance on an ongoing basis with Ontario Regulation 419/05, applicable Ministry Guidelines for Air and Noise and other performance requirements as specified in their conditions. It permits modifications such as process changes, de-bottlenecking or addition of new equipment subject to limits on operational flexibility that include a production limit for the facility to be specified on the Basic Comprehensive Certificate of Approval (Air). The limited operational flexibility conditions have a five year expiry date. The company will be required to make an application for amendment at that time to renew these conditions. Of specific public interest, one condition that will be included on the Basic Comprehensive Certificate of Approval (Air) will require the company to make available, at all times, at the facility for inspection by interested members of the Public, a table (Emission Summary Table) that documents the facility's compliance with Ontario Regulation 419/05. Description of Instrument: This proposal is for a Certificate of Approval for Industrial Sewage Works for the Davidson Tisdale mine situated 3 kilometres north west of Government Road in South Porcupine, within the boundaries of the City of Timmins, Ontario. Mining methods will include both an underground mine that will be accessed by a ramp to surface and a small pit operation that will be located in the vicinity of shaft number One. There will be no concentrating on-site. Gold ore will be hauled off-site to a local gold mill. Mine groundwater will be pumped into a surface settling pond that will overflow into a storm water settling pond before draining into the environment.
