Labrador Gold Closes $9.8 Million Flow-Through Financing Backed by Eric Sprott and New Found Gold to Accelerate Exploration at Kingsway

TORONTO, April 19, 2021 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Labrador Gold Corp. (TSX.V:LAB | OTCQX:NKOSF | FNR: 2N6) (“LabGold” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce that it has closed a non-brokered private placement of 14 million flow through units (the “FT units”) at a price of $0.70 per FT unit (the “Flow-Through Offering”) for gross proceeds to LabGold of $9.8 million. New Found Gold Corp. (as to 7 million FT units) and Mr. Eric Sprott (as to 7 million FT units) purchased the FT units through a donation arrangement. Each FT Unit consists of one flow through common share and one half a non-flow through share purchase warrant, with each full warrant exercisable to acquire a Common Share at $0.75 until April 16, 2023.

The proceeds of the Flow-Through Offering will be primarily used to fund the Company’s exploration program at its Kingsway project in Newfoundland. The securities issued are subject to a statutory hold period expiring on August 17, 2021.

Mr. Eric Sprott, through 2176423 Ontario Ltd., a corporation which is beneficially owned by him, acquired 11,111,111 WC units under the WC Offering for total consideration of $9,999,999.90. Prior to the WC Offering, Mr. Sprott beneficially owned or controlled 7,000,000 Common Shares and 3,500,000 Warrants of the Company. As a result of the WC Offering, Mr. Sprott beneficially owns and controls 18,111,111 Common Shares of the Company and 9,055,555 Warrants representing approximately 12.4% of the issued and outstanding Common Shares of the Company on a non-diluted basis and approximately 17.5% on a fully diluted basis assuming exercise of the Warrants.

The WC units were acquired by Mr. Sprott for investment purposes. Mr. Sprott has a long-term view of the investment and may acquire additional securities of the Company including on the open market or through private acquisitions or sell securities of the Company including on the open market or through private dispositions in the future depending on market conditions, reformulation of plans and/or other factors that Mr. Sprott considers relevant from time to time.

New Found Gold acquired 5,555,556 WC units under the WC Offering for total consideration of $5,000,000.40.  Prior to the WC Offering, New Found beneficially owned or controlled 7,000,000 Common Shares and 3,500,000 Warrants of the Company. Big Vein Target

The Big Vein target is an auriferous quartz vein exposed at surface that has been traced over 400 metres to date. Gold mineralization observed at Big Vein includes six occurrences of visible gold, assays of samples from which range from 1.87g/t to 1,065g/t gold. The visible gold is typically hosted in annealed and vuggy gray quartz, that is locally stylolitic with vugs often containing euhedral quartz infilling features characteristic of epizonal gold deposits. A 20,000 metre drill program currently in progress is off to an encouraging start with the first two holes intersecting gold mineralization in two zones of significant quartz veining and sulphide mineralization including arsenopyrite, pyrite and possible boulangerite noted along vein margins and as strong disseminations in the surrounding wall rocks.

und wir stehen hier mal ganz schnell zwischen 5-10€.

Der direkte Nachbar von Labrador „New Found Gold“ hat eine aktuelle Marktkapitalisierungen von 1,37 Milliarden Dollar und Labrador 52 Millionen Dollar. Im Klartext heißt das, dass New Found Gold 26 Fach höher bewertet ist als New Found Gold.
Kurzes Rechenspiel: 0,78€ x 26 = 20,8 €.
Ich gehe aber davon aus, dass New Found Gold und Eric Sprott
Labrador vorher schlucken wird.

Schaffen wir denn heute noch die 100 ???

Nach den aktuellsten Funden zu urteilen sehen die weiteren Bohrergebnisse sehr vielversprechend aus. Hier ist extrem viel Druck auf dem Kessel, hier kann alles ganz schnell gehen.  

Mich erinnern diese Bohrergebnisse zu sehr an New Found Gold und wir haben bei Labrador erst eine Marktkapitalisierung von 70Mio. und NFL von 1,3 Mrd..  

Mittlerweile ca 180 Mio cad. Bin aber auch noch drin und warte auf die nächsten 2 visible Bohrlöcher.

Ich verkaufe hier kein Stück, habe ja heute nochmal bei 1,01€ zugekauft.  So wie es aussieht sind hier demnächst deutlich höhere Kurse zu erwarten......

bin ja hier auch noch komplett am Start allerdings wird es langsam crazy. Die Marktkapitalisierung ist objektiv sehr hoch für bisher sehr wenig. Die Marktteilnehmer spekulieren hier auf eine  neue Discovery und alle warten jetzt auf die 2 Bohrlöcher. Ich hoffe endlich mal mit Länge und hohen Grades.

Nach meinen Informationen steht hier aufgrund der Funde, sollten sich diese bestätigen, eine völlige Neubewertung an.
Wenn das die Verlängerung des Quarzgangs//Goldader von New Found Land ist, ist Labrador gegenüber NFG massiv unterbewertet. New Found Gold ist aktuell mit 2Milliarden CAD bewertet und Labrador nur mit 220Mio. CAD. Warten wir es ab würde ich sagen, die Chancen stehen ziemlich gut. Wobei es auch sehr gut passieren kann, dass NFL Labrador aufkauft.

Bisher hält sich der Kurs wirklich gut. Aber trotzdem sollte man den Finger hier am Abzug haben. Ansonsten kann es heißen so gewonnen so zerronnen!

Genau das denke ich nicht. Labrador ist noch ganz am Anfang eines 20.000m Bohrprogramms  und hat jetzt schon sehr gute Ergebnisse geliefert. Weiterhin stehen ja noch die Ergebnisse der 2 weiteren Bohrlöcher aus, wobei sie ja hier bereits gesagt haben, dass sich bei diesen Bohrung das Gold sichtbar war. Ich gehe stark davon aus, dass die beiden weiteren Ergebnisse die aktuell verfügbaren bestätigen werden und das ist wie gesagt erst der Anfang des 20.000m Bohrprogramms. D.h. , dass es natürlich weiterhin spannend bleiben wird aber auch, dass der Kurs nach weiteren Treffern explosiv weiter schubweise nach oben schiesst.

Es ist nur noch eine Frage der Zeit wann der Kurs explodiert...

Moin erstmal sieht doch gut aus bisher. Onkel Sprott hat auch immerhin 500000 Aktien über den freien Markt gekauft. Dazu erwarte ich diese Woche eine weitere Veröffentlichung der Bohrungen. Soweit ich weiß fehlt ja einz visible Goldbohrung noch von vorletzter Woche. Desweiteren hoffe ich auf weitere Ergebnisse und das wir auch mal sichtbares Gold miit Länge drin haben werden. So ein Bohrloch kann uns schnell über die 2 cad bringen.

Sind die Bohrergebnisse so schlecht oder was ist mit dem Kurs los?

Labrador Gold has a 50,000m drill campaign underway targeting high-grade epizonal gold mineralization along a 12km stretch of the Appleton Fault Zone. Near surface high grade-gold intersections include 276g/t Au over 0.5m and 44.08 g/t Au over 4.28m. Exploration of other targets along the Appleton Fault resulted in the discovery of visible gold in quartz vein at Golden Glove. Initial samples assayed 338g/t, 194g/t and 88g/t Au. Exploration along the Appleton Fault continues to generate new targets.
