ist wohl die grösste Neuigkeit (konkret gibt man die Co-Entwickung und Vermarktung auf und überlässt beides Genentech - somit verbleiben gegebenenfalls nur Meilensteine und Umsatzbeteiligung) - der Rest ist von Erfolgen nur so gespickt, auch wenn die Umsätze bei Kimmtrak nicht im gleichen Masse weitersteigen können. Neues Ufer wären hier andere gp100 Indikationen bei anderen Melanomapatienten, die Immuncore mit ca. 3-4x der aktuellen Augenkrebsanwendung einschätzt, aber erstmal in Studien belegen muss.

Neben der Onkologie sind hier jetzt sicher die Anwendungen in der Virologie am interessantesten - ImmTAV gegen HIV und HBV. Nach ersten positiven Ergebnissen bei HIV könnte hier eine funktionale Heilung ein weiterer Durchbruch für Immunocore werden.

für MAGE-4 auch eingestellt. Damit überlässt man MAGE-A4 TCR den T-Zelltherapien.
