Bei der Finanzierung lief es ja mal wieder auf den letzten Drücker. Die brauchen dringend höhere Kurse für die Warrants, einen fetten Deal oder halt eine verwässernde KE. Eine debt Finanzierung schließe ich für mich bei den derzeitigen Bedingungen aus. Geld wird jedenfalls bald wieder benötigt  

die haben doch gerade erst 25M$ finanziert, die ist erweiterbar bis 100M$....

Hatte im Kopf die 25 Mio irgendwie nur abgespeichert.  

13,333,334 Mio. Aktien von PDL die sie als Dividende ausschütten Sorgen. 13 Mille, wenn da ein paar  anfangen zu verkaufen dann gehts schnell runter auf x,x  :-(

Das mit dem großen Vertrauen der Investoren in Phexxi sehe ich nicht so

für mich deutlich Realitätsnähe rüber. Die Sache mit PDL müssen sie halt positiv verkaufen.

15 Millionen wie schon in Pressemitteilung gab es bei Abschluss, Option auf eine weitere Finanzierung von 10 Mio gibt es noch

Finde ich das wording ganz gut. Das besonders Soundra visionär ran das Produkt glaubt kommt sehr echt rüber, auch wenn sie manchmal übersteuert, aber die Rhetorik muss wohl sein

allerdings die Euphorie von Soundra nicht teilt, ist das alles nichts Wert. PDL versuchen sie positiv zu verkaufen, auch das sehe ich persönlich anders. Werte ich nicht gerade als vertrauensvolle Maßnahme. Telemedizin ok, aber ob das der große Umsatzbringer wird?

Keine Aussagen zu Deals , Partnering und anderweitigen Gesprächen. Ich werte den Call als viele Worte und wenig gesagt

eine Order bei 5,40$ im VK , mal ein paar reduziert. Hoffe, dass wir die 5,50 nochmal sehen. Aber erst mal müssen sie die 5$ halten

der Zulassung bei positivem Bescheid schon, ansonsten keine Ahnung. Die Aktionen in letzter Zeit haben mich nicht überzeugt. Insofern verkaufe ich halt in Tranchen bei guten Kursen.  

muss ja jeder für sich rausfinden, zu welchem Kurs man bereit ist zu verkaufen. Ich bin halt persönlich nicht mehr sehr überzeugt. Den größten Teil des Call habe ich für mich als Gelaber wahrgenommen, der Versuch sich gut zu verkaufen. Das Wording fand ich gar nicht mal schlecht dabei. Vielleicht schlägt Phexxi ja auch ein wie eine Bombe. Muss halt jeder nach seiner Überzeugung handeln

Ich hoffe immer noch auf einen PDUFA run, obwohl es im Moment absolut nicht danach aussieht...
Aber die Hoffnung stirbt zuletzt.

Aktie ist halt nur so stark wie ihr schwächstes Glied davon sind wohl einige hier noch vertreten. Entweder man weiss in was investiert ist und hat einen Plan für sein Invest oder nicht. Chris eher mit mit wischiwaschi Strategie versuch seit Tagen das Salz in der Suppe zu finden.... mal ist es die Finanzierung, dann sind die zu euphorisch, dann ist das blackrock Filing alt, er ist irgendwie nicht ganz drin in der Materie. Komischerweise ist das 5.40 Paket schnell geschluckt worden, denke da sammelt einer die ängstlichen gerade ab, weil es mehr Käufer als Verkäufer gibt.

über 13 Mio shares werden auf Top Instis verteilt, die über 82% der PDLI Anteile besitzen!  EVFM ist und war davon in Kenntnis gesetzt

Denke da wird es diverse Absprachen grrgeben haben im Vorfeld , Blackrocks Anteile steigen dadurch noch höher und anderen wird es ermöglicht hohe Anteile zu bekommen, wie gesagt Top Instis
