Der USA Bären-Thread

Das ist überhaupt nicht abzuschätzen. Wenn man den heutigen Tag mal anschaut, hätte wohl keiner mit diesem Ausgang gerechnet. Das war ein klassischer Tag, um auf permanent fallende Kurse zu wetten, bei all den News (und ich habe mir auch die Live Rede von Donald Trump angesehen gestern Nacht, allein sein Auftreten wäre genug für einen 1000 Punkte Ausverkauf gewesen... seine ganze Mimik, Gestik und Körperhaltung sind einfach völlig daneben... ganz zu schweigen von seinen Äußerungen, hat er doch tatsächlich gestern Nacht gemeint, dass der Stand der Stock Markets eine Wertschätzung seiner Arbeit in der Krise wäre... ).

Zum Glück war ich pünktlich um 0.00 Uhr beim SnP Future dabei  und konnte gutes Geld bis ca. 15.00 machen. Danach war eigentlich alles wie immer ... momentan ... irgendein totaler Idiot (ich vermute ja weiter die Fed oder was da sonst noch Einfluss hat) kauft den Boden (Den ich mal wieder auf Durchbruch nach unten mehrmals versucht habe, und dabei gut 50% der Gewinne aus der Nacht wieder hergeben musste). Dass der SnP heute so eine Candle fabriziert, hat wohl kaum einer erwartet... momentan ist irgendwie alles möglich und die beste Trading Zeit scheint 2.00  (da kommen die Asiaten)- 14.00 Uhr zu sein (für SnP).

Ob es noch einen Rutsch gibt - ich persönlich erlaube mir kein Urteil, obwohl der gesunde Menschenverstand den eigentlich bereits heute erwartet hätte, aber irgendwie scheint da ein doppelter Boden zu existieren... und ich bin froh, dass ich schön am Ende des Tages glatt bin. Dafür muss ich halt momentan früher aufstehen ... und einige unnötige Reduzierungen von Profiten in Kauf nehmen....

Kurz und bündig - der normale Sachverstand würde sagen - da muss noch ein Rutsch kommen - aber ich werde nach wie vor das Gefühl nicht los, dass da ungebremst Einfluss genommen wird - koste es was es wolle - und wenn es keine Mega-Crash News mehr gibt - dann wird es wohl so langsam aber sicher im Sande verlaufen ...

die eigentlichen Bewegungen im Index und übrigens auch in vielen Aktien nimmt man kurzfristig nur außerbörslich mit ...

“The next 45 days may just become the most critical period in U.S. financial history,” he wrote in a newsletter published Wednesday. “While on average we may face a bear market every 10 years, this one is like no other,” he said.

The contrarian money manager, who is a disciple of famed investor Sir John Templeton, said that the timing and execution of the reawakening of the U.S. economy from its dormancy could be one of the biggest factors in determining how the market recovers from COVID-19, which has forced swaths of businesses to shut down to help stem the spread of the deadly contagion that has infected more than 2 million people and claimed 137,000 lives, according to data aggregated by Johns Hopkins University as of Wednesday evening.

And even if the economic revival is executed flawlessly, [Lancz]... said, the result will be a so-called U-shaped recovery, where a rebound in business and consumer activity from pre-crisis levels will be long and slow.

“Even if we execute properly, the recovery will take time and a best-case scenario is a ‘U’ shaped recovery,” he wrote. “The much talked about ‘V’ shaped recovery is no longer in the equation because of the unprecedented combination of negatives with this crisis,” he said, referring to hope for a recovery that is sharp and fast....

Bank of America, Goldman Sachs and Citigroup, all reporting quarterly earnings, said they had set aside billions of dollars in preparation for loan defaults.
...To prepare for the fallout, Citigroup and other banks are adding to their reserves — which is pinching their profits. Citi said Wednesday that it had earned $2.5 billion for the quarter, a 46 percent drop from a year earlier. It added $7 billion to its reserves, bringing its pool to nearly $21 billion.
....Bank of America also announced its quarterly results Wednesday, reporting a profit of $4 billion in the first three months of 2020, down from $7.3 billion a year earlier. The difference came mostly from a $3.6 billion increase in the amount of money the bank set aside for bad loans; the total reserved by the bank during this quarter reached $4.8 billion.
But as bad as the coronavirus has been for most businesses, at Bank of America it triggered a 34 percent surge in revenue from the sales and trading of stocks, bonds and other financial products.

At Goldman Sachs, profits fell 46 percent to $1.2 billion, reflecting a set-aside of an additional $937 million for potential credit losses, losses in its asset-management division and a rise in technology costs.But the bank’s revenue was essentially flat, helped in part by a 28 percent upswing in trading revenue and a 25 percent rise in investment-banking fees related primarily to direct lending to corporations and help when they raised public money through the bond and stock markets. EXCLUSIVE: There is increasing confidence that COVID-19 likely originated in a Wuhan laboratory not as a bioweapon, but as part of China's effort to demonstrate that its efforts to identify and combat viruses are equal to or greater than the capabilities of the United States, multiple sources who have been briefed on the details of early actions by China's government and seen relevant materials tell Fox News.

This may be the "costliest government coverup of all time," one of the sources said.

The sources believe the initial transmission of the virus was bat-to-human, and that "patient zero" worked at the laboratory, then went into the population in Wuhan. The “increasing confidence” comes from classified and open-source documents and evidence, the sources said. Fox  News has requested to see the evidence directly.

Der Grund: Schwächen in Sicherheit und Management der Forschung. Die Warnung enthielt die Bitte, die USA möge das Institut in seiner Arbeit mit Fledermäusen und Coronaviren unterstützen. Die Forschung sei wichtig, aber in dieser Weise sehr gefährlich.

Die USA werden irgendwann die Anleihen vom chinesischen Kaiser, welche die USA noch halten, gegen ihre jetzigen Schulden umtauschen und dadurch so gut wie frei von Schulden sein.
