Das ist richtig, aber erst, wenn es in die vielfachen Millionen geht, kann man von bedeutendem Umsatz bei dieser Aktie sprechen.
Alles andere (und der gestrige Umsatz wurde von Wenigen gepuscht) ist Statistik!

Etwas hat mir allerdings gestern nicht gefallen - und auf die Gefahr hin SCHWARZE zu kassieren, spreche ich das an:
Die bewusste oder (ich möchte gnädig sein) unbewussten Pusch-Versuche von Einzelnen hier vertretenden Usern.
"Ich habe noch mal nachgekauft"; "Ich besitze jetzt soundsoviel shares"; "Auch ich werde die Chance bei nächster Gelegenheit nutzen, meinen Bestand zu erhöhen".
So oder so ähnlich wurde gestern geschrieben.
Für Unbedarfte könnte dies ein Kaufsignal sein ("Wenn der so viele shares besitzt, dann muss ja was dran sein").
Solche Aussagen sind - weil ohne Hintergrundinformationen - ähnlich zu beurteilen, wie die von Spammern (miracolli).
Vielleicht beim nächsten euphorischem Schub etwas vorsichtiger in den Aussagen.

naja seit langen größere Umsätze und Blöcke. Das ganze in den letzten Handelsminuten.
Kommen heute mehrere 100.000 Balken, würde ich dies schon als positiv werten.
Kleinanleger können sicherlich nicht auf einen Schlag rund 70.000 $ investieren.
Aber alles nur meine Meinung.

ich würde das mit den 100k balken nicht überbewerten - da hat oldwatcher schon recht.
generell meine ich aber zu erkennen dass sich die wolken aktuell etwas lichten.
die indikatoren bewegen sich praktisch alle hin zum positiven bereich und wir befinden uns nach wie vor ganz oben an der begrenzung mit potential für einen 'ausbruch'.
wie der (wenn überhaupt) ausfällt lässt sich nur schwer abschätzen - hängt alles von news ab.
generell denke ich jedoch dass wir aktuell ein positives sentiment haben und der kurs sich daher in richtung 1$ bewegen *kann* - ab da gibts dann aber noch einige hartnäckige widerstände zu überwinden, das sollte man nicht vergessen.

Gerne wird mit zu geringem Volumen argumentiert, um positive Entwicklungen auszuschließen. Ich fände es sogar hochspannend im positiven Sinne, wenn hier mal ohne Handelsaussetzung das Volumen einen Tag bei Null wäre. Wichtig sind doch erstmal die die kleinen eher unscheinbaren Veränderungen, wenn es noch billig ist. Schließlich wollen wir der Zeit ja immer einen kleinen Schritt voraus sein...

es soll aber auch anleger geben, die sich innerhalb von wenigen tagen über eine kurssteigerung von 5-8 prozent freuen, die nicht an den großen knall glauben bzw. jetzt noch nicht. kann mir eher vorstellen,dass dort jemand kurzfristig nach den letzten kleinen korrekturen eingestiegen ist, und sich gedacht hat, na da nehm ich mal mit und das mach ich alle paar wochen so...

Auf yahoo wollen ein paar Shareholder (angeblich 72) Willingham und andere BOD Mitglieder verklagen wegen betruegerischem Verhalten und desinformieren der Shareholder, und Sie wollen die SEC fragen, ob die SEC da nicht mal ne Untersuchung machen moechten.

Also grob , Sie waeren ne kleine Gruppe (72 Mitglieder)  Sie sagen , das Willy und das BOD die kleinen Shareholder  verscheissern..... betruegen wuerden.
Es waeren da einige Werte, Konten, im Q10 nicht richtig aufgefuehrt.
Sie wuerden , als ersten Schritt, falls das Q10 nicht richtig korrigiert wuerde, am 5 April eine Antrag, Anfrage ans SEC stellen , das zu untersuchen.
Sie wuerden sich vorbehalten einen vor ein Gericht zu gehen, und ein Anwalt wuerde

Da machen sich ein paar Gedanken ne neue Shareholder Gruppe zu formieren, nen Anwalt einzuschalten. Sind sich aber nicht ganz einig. Einer moechte nur mehr transparenz , (flowlogic) der neuen WMI erreichen, hat auch schon nen Anwaltsvorschlag. Faster redet von Klagen (er hatt fuer seine Commons nicht released.) Natuerlich gibt es Stimmen dagegen.....was wollt Ihr denn , Ihr habt releases erteilt.

Na ja, Ich denke ja eher das dass eher ne Reaktion auf die newslose , langweilige Zeit ist. Ob da wirklich was passiert......hmmmmm

I strongly believe that a new sharehoders groupd should be formed.The present board or previous board or EC or the debtor's counsel or EC's counsel no one bothered to inform shareholders about the assets, liabilities and what each shareholder is receiving or received.May be about time to form a new group and the POR should be challenged.

PS: Present board members it is time to share with the shareholders what your plans are and what we received other than the symbol change

Kbrocks, you do realize that when you signed the releases for JPM/FDIC, that you were signing a legal and binding contract.

You can't sign something like that and then a few months later say, "Well, I've changed my mind and I want to sue JPM/FDIC." The legal system doesn't work like that.
