WARRINGTON, Pa., Sept. 4, 2009 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Discovery Laboratories, Inc. Discovery Labs expects to mail its definitive proxy statement to all stockholders of record on or about October 21, 2009.
Rule 14a-8 Stockholder Proposal Deadline
The date of the 2009 annual meeting will be more than 30 days after the anniversary of the 2008 annual meeting. Pursuant to Rule 14a-8 under the Securities Exchange Act, stockholders may present proposals for inclusion in the Company's proxy statement for the 2009 annual meeting by submitting their proposals to the Company a reasonable time before the Company begins to print and send its proxy materials. The Company's Board of Directors has set September 15, 2009 as the deadline for receipt of stockholder proposals pursuant to Rule 14a-8. In order for a proposal under Rule 14a-8 to be considered timely, it must be received by the Company on or prior to September 15, 2009, at the Company's principal executive offices at 2600 Kelly Rd., Suite 100, Warrington, PA 18976 and be directed to the attention of the Corporate Secretary. Ich bin hier eher skeptisch, weil GETA eine OTC-Aktie ist. UND bei meisten OTC-Aktien handelt sich NUR um eine tolle Story, die durch PR-Agenturen gepusht werden, mehr aber nicht!
So arbeiten zum B. PR-Agenturen: Sie bekommen beim Börsengang oder nachdem R/S GRATIS Aktien und beginnen mit Promotion!!!
Deshalb soll man hier gut aufpassen!

Zum Beispiel, nach dem Reverse-Split erhöht sich der Aktienkurs. Da die Promotion auf Hochtour läuft, immer mehr kleinanleger zeigen Interesse an XY-Aktien, während Company neue Aktien (Dillution) auf den Markt wirft. Dadurch wird der Anteil der Kleinaktionäre stark verwässert - So arbeiten alle OTC-Firmen!!!

mal ehrlich beschäftige ich mich nicht. DENN ich weiß wie funltioniert Business solchen Buden. Was die an der OTCBB alles melden was Business zB angeht, ist kaum zu glauben!!! Sie machen solche Stories, dass einem Glückshormonen im Kopf schlagen..Man will sofort vor laute Freude jede Penny dort investieren. Am Ende passiert fast immer das glaiche. Man reduziert NEWSportfolio, meldet sich nicht mehr...einmal sehr interessanten Erfindungen oder Business ist gescheitert oder nicht mehr darüber informiert wird..etc.. jetzt wenn Pump and Dump dauert, wird alles in Ordnung, nun bald werden sie von alles enttäuscht. Nach meiner Erfahrung mit solchen Buden, kann ich mit Sicherheit sagen, davon was du gerade gesagt hast, etwas über Medikament erzählst, daraus wird nichts...

Ich werde hier Gewinne mitnehmen, und mit dem anderen Teil meiner Gewinne weiter zocken, bis zur Zulassung....Die zulassung ist sehr unwahrscheinlich, trotzdem habe ich nen bischen Hoffnung....Und der Wert hat mir schon ordentlich Gewinne gebracht! Also lieber Garisson: Mich interessiert nicht wie das Endergebnis aussieht! Genta kann von mir aus Pleite gehen...Ich bin hier um durch die hohe Volatilität meine Gewinne einzufahren...So hart das auch klingt, aber die Börse ist keine gummibärchenwelt. in diesem Sinne. Wenn es so wäre, wie der Link angibt, würde Genta nicht von 0,22 auf 0,80 Euro innerhalb von drei Tagen steigen und das nur zwei Wuchen nachdem diese Meldung (von deinem Link) geschrieben wurde!

Dich zum Allround-Pesimisten, der unglaublich viel Zeit mit der Aufklärung ahnungsloser Aktionäre hinsichtlich Ihres vermeintlichen Super Fehltinvests verbringt.
