Mai '02 gekauft habe.
Die u.e. Kurse sind die Schlusskurse vom 21 Mai 2002 und nicht meine KK's.
Ich halte alle Werte fuer sehr attraktiv und die meisten zahlen eine Dividende.

Die Werte sind "alle" unterbewertet und bieten dem Investoren einen sehr
attraktiven Kurs zum kaufen mit hohen Gewinnaussichten.

sag mal WMB fällt ja wie ein Stein, irgendwelche neuen Nachrichten?? Oder Stimmt das KGV von 4 für 2003??

WMB hat mich gestern geaergert, bin bei $11,50 rein und gestern fiel die
Aktie erneut. damn, ich warte heute nochmal ab und wenn die wieder fallen
sollte verkaufe ich erstmal alle und warte den weiteren Verlauf ab.
Leider findet der Verkauf mit Verlusten statt, that's life

The Federal Energy Regulatory Commission threatened to revoke the right of four large electricity traders to sell power at market-based rates, accusing them of stonewalling in an investigation of possible market manipulation in California.

The four companies -- Avista Corp. (AVA), El Paso Electric Co. (EE), Portland General Electric Co. (GE) and Williams Cos.' (WMB) energy-trading arm -- have 10 days to make a case why FERC shouldn't go ahead with its threat.

Revoking the right would hobble the companies' ability to sell electricity in the national market and would mark a steep escalation in FERC's broad investigation into what happened during California's power crisis in 2000 and 2001. It is also another big blow to energy companies with large trading operations, which already are under searing scrutiny from investors, credit analysts and other federal regulators in the wake of Enron Corp.'s (ENRNQ) spectacular collapse late last year

Williams Volunteers To Provide FERC Gas Trading Data For Independent Review

TULSA, Okla. -(Dow Jones)- Williams Cos. (WMB) said it will voluntarily provide gas trading data for December 2000 and January 2001 to the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission for review.

Last month, FERC ordered 150 energy companies to provide information about whether they used tactics similar to those outlined in memos written by attorneys working for Enron, tactics which California politicians claim helped drive up power prices during the 2000-2001 crisis period.

"Williams has not manipulated the Western market and we're asking FERC to conduct an independent review of our records to satisfy any questions they may have concerning these allegations," Williams said in a press release Wednesday.

The energy company said it neither had a strategy, nor did it act in such a way to corner the market in California as alleged by a former employee.

On Tuesday, FERC issued a notice to Williams, Avista Corp. (AVA), Enron Corp.'s (ENRNQ) Portland General Electric unit and El Paso Electric Co. (EE), directing the companies to file responses explaining why the companies should retain their right to sell at market-based rates.

The commission proposed the steep penalty after finding the companies' earlier responses were inadequate to FERC's investigation of possible energy-market manipulation in California and in neighboring states.

Shares of Williams traded recently at $9.56, down $1.46, or 13.3%, on New York Stock Exchange volume of 3.8 million shares. Average daily volume is 4.3 million shares.

die ganz knapp ueber dem 52week low liegen.

des Anteils der Aktie bei $16 da sich dort ein Widerstand befindet.

eine Frage mit der ich mich nun beschaeftige, mein Schnitt liegt bei $13 und
ein kleiner Gewinn wurde mit einem Teilverkauf realisiert.
Die Aktie verlor in den letzten Handelstagen ca. 40% und die Volumen sind
so hoch, das es nach Panikverkaeufen aussieht.
Es gibt nur 2 Wege, entweder alle verkaufen und den Verlust sofort realisieren
oder warten und nochmal einsteigen, wobei ich zu letzterem tendiere da ich mir
nciht vorstellen kann, das WMB ein Enronfall wird.

Schnitt liegt bei $17,30

Grund: Werde mich mehr auf DYN konzentrieren, da diese noch nicht so gut
angelaufen ist und HAL ist von $9,xx bis auf $19, konnte sich zwischen
17-18 einpendeln und seitdem slow movements.
Auch wenn ich fest daran glaube das HAL in diesem Jahr die $23 erreichen wird,
sehe ich ein groesseres Potential bei DYN.

ist hochinteressant. Schon lange nicht mehr solch einen Yield gesehen
bei einer Oilaktie.

von $2,15 auf $1,35-$1,70 range und die Aktie ist leicht gestiegen.
Normalerweise wuerde bei solchen news eine sofortige Pruegel auf die
Aktie starten. (???)
