The Company hereby announces that Jo Dixon has retired as a non-executive Director of the Company on 21 September 2016.
Following Ms Dixon’s retirement, Humphrey van der Klugt has become Chairman of the Audit Committee and David Holbrook has become the Senior Independent Director.
There is no further information to be disclosed under Listing Rule 9.6.11R to 9.6.15G.
