WELLESLEY, Mass., Aug. 28, 2019 /PRNewswire/ -- Wellesley Bancorp, Inc. (Nasdaq Capital Market: WEBK) (the "Company"), the holding company for Wellesley Bank today announced that on August 28, 2019, its Board of Directors approved a quarterly cash dividend to its stockholders of $0.06 per common share to be paid on September 25, 2019 to stockholders of record as of the close of business on September 11, 2019.
