Further to the share buyback  programme described in its 2007  Annual
Report (Press release issued on April 10, 2008), Unibail-Rodamco S.A.
announces that:

  * on November 20, 2008, it purchased 38,856 Unibail-Rodamco S.A.
    ordinary shares at the price of ¤98.677 per share,
  * on November 21, 2008, it purchased 52,832 Unibail-Rodamco S.A.
    ordinary shares at the price of ¤98.5328 per share.


The total  number of  shares repurchased  under this  programme  from
November 20, 2008  to date  is 91,688  shares at  a weighted  average
price of ¤98.5939 for a total consideration of ¤9,039,878.40.
