Further to the share buyback  programme described in its 2007  Annual
Report (Press release issued on April 10, 2008), Unibail-Rodamco S.A.
announces that:


  * on October 24, 2008, it purchased 130,800 Unibail-Rodamco S.A.
    ordinary shares at the price of ¤106.2631 per share,
  * on October 27, 2008, it purchased 50,000 Unibail-Rodamco S.A.
    ordinary shares at the price of ¤106.6733 per share,


The total number of shares  repurchased under this programme to  date
is 180,800 shares  at a  weighted average  price of  ¤106.3765 for  a
total consideration of ¤19,232,878.48.
