The Fauquier Bank Associate Receives Lord Fairfax Community College Educational Foundation Board Medallion of Recognition

WARRENTON, Va., Feb. 28, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Fauquier Bankshares, Inc. (Nasdaq:  FBSS)  - Sarah Yakel, CFP®,  Vice President and Trust Officer with The Fauquier Bank, has been awarded the Lord Fairfax Community College Board Medallion of Recognition for 2013.  A volunteer on the Educational Foundation Board since 2007, Ms. Yakel served as Board Chair in 2012.  During her years of service, Ms. Yakel employed her financial expertise to help LFCC navigate the challenges of raising and managing money in a difficult economy.
