On March 16 SpareBank 1 SMN transferred 1,404 Equity Capital Certificates at a price of NOK 71.25. to employees in the banks subsidiaries as bonus. At the same time, 99 ECC's at a price of NOK 61.24 are distributed in relation to the banks savings programme for employees.
After these transactions the bank owns 2,737 ECC's.
