Sherwin-Williams Declares Dividend of $1.13 per Common Share

CLEVELAND, Feb. 13, 2019 /PRNewswire/ -- The Board of Directors of The Sherwin-Williams Company (NYSE: SHW) today announced a regular quarterly dividend of $1.13 per common share, an increase of 31% over the $0.86 paid in the same quarter in 2018, payable on March 8, 2019, to shareholders of record on February 25, 2019.  This increase follows 40 consecutive years of dividend increases.
