NEW YORK, May 2, 2024 /PRNewswire/ -- The Board of Directors of Cohen & Steers, Inc. (NYSE: CNS) declared a cash dividend for the second quarter of 2024 in the amount of $0.59 per share of common stock payable on May 23, 2024 to stockholders of record as of the close of business on May 13, 2024.
