DIVIDENDS ON PARTICIPATING SHARES

The Board of Directors also declared a quarterly dividend of 33.50 cents per share on the Participating Preferred Shares and the Subordinate Voting Shares of the Corporation, payable March 31, 2017 to shareholders of record on March 10, 2017.

Financial results for the year 2016 will be announced following the forthcoming regularly scheduled meeting of the Corporation's Board of Directors on March 24, 2017.

For purposes of the Income Tax Act (Canada) and any similar provincial legislation, all of the above dividends on the Corporation's preferred shares (including the Participating Preferred Shares) and Subordinate Voting Shares are eligible dividends.
