EXCLUSION FROM THE QUOTATION LIST

Chelyabinsk, Russia – December 19, 2017 – Chelyabinsk Zinc Plant (LSE, MOEX: CHZN), Russia's largest producer of zinc and zinc based alloys, announces, that the Company's shares were excluded from the Level 2 of the Quotation list and included to the Level 3 (non-quotation) of the List of securities admitted to trading on the Moscow Exchange on the 20 of December 2017.

The exchange decision was made due to the mismatch of the coefficient of free float (number of shares in free circulation) that is one of the requirements of the Listing Rules.

 

About Chelyabinsk Zinc Plant

Chelyabinsk Zinc Plant is the leading Russian zinc producer. In 2016 the plant produced 174,803 tonnes of salable SHG zinc.

According to consolidated IFRS accounts, revenue in 2016 was RUB 30,347 mln and EBITDA was RUB 6,964 mln.

CZP ordinary shares are traded on the Moscow exchange under ticker CHZN and Global Depository Receipts (GDR) are traded on the London Stock Exchange under ticker CHZN.
