Pinnacle Bank's President and CEO, Susan K. Black, Appointed to National Council for Community Bank Leaders

GILROY, Calif., Feb. 10, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Pinnacle Bank (OTCQX: PBNK), is pleased to announce that the American Bankers Association has selected Susan K. Black, to serve on the ABA's Community Bankers Council.

Ms. Black has been a director of Pinnacle Bank since inception in 2006 and was appointed president and chief executive officer in 2008.  Ms. Black has over 25 years of extensive experience in the banking industry. She was formerly president of the Community Banking Group of Greater Bay Bancorp, in Palo Alto CA, former president and chief executive officer of Mid-Peninsula Bank and an officer of the Greater Bay Bancorp Foundation.  Ms. Black is currently the treasurer and chair of the finance committee for Hartnell College Education Foundation, a member of the Monterey County Business Council and a director of the Leadership Silicon Valley Foundation.
