Orrstown Bank Names Benjamin (Ben) Wallace, EVP/Operations & Technology

SHIPPENSBURG, Pa., Feb. 28, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Orrstown Financial Services, Inc. (NASDAQ: ORRF) announced today that Ben Wallace has joined Orrstown Bank as EVP / Operations & Technology.

Mr. Wallace has spent the past 12 years at JPMorgan Chase & Co. (and its predecessors) in increasingly complex roles and most recently served as Senior Director / Technology for the Consumer Technologies Division.

Mr. Wallace will be responsible for developing the strategic plans and implementing the supporting tactics relative to operations and technology as the Company grows and diversifies. Mr. Wallace is a graduate of Penn State University (Schreyer Honors Scholar); the University of Pennsylvania; obtained his Juris Doctor degree from the Widener University School of Law, and is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association. Mr. Wallace brings a highly developed skill set and depth and breadth of experience to the Bank.
