NEW YORK, Sept. 26, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Harwood Feffer LLP (www.hfesq.com) is investigating potential claims against the board of directors of Chemtura Corporation ("Chemtura" or the "Company") (NYSE: CHMT) concerning the proposed acquisition of the Company by Lanxess Deutschland GmbH ("Lanxess").
