CALGARY, June 13, 2016 /CNW/ - Gemini Corporation (GKX-TSXV) announces that Mr. Robert Brookwell will be transitioning out of the role of Executive Vice President and CFO over the next month to pursue other opportunities. Gemini has initiated a formal process to identify a new CFO to guide the organization through its next phase of growth as an integrated provider of environmental and engineering services, fabrication, construction and maintenance in the Western Canada market.
