She will be based in Bochum and will be succeeding Volker Walprecht, who asked the Management board to accept his resignation effective as of end of June. The board thanks Volker Walprecht for his contribution, regrets his decision but respects his reasons. Silke Hartmann is an experienced CFO with extensive national and international experience. She has been involved in creating significant value, in particular during her time as Managing Director and Member of the Executive Board at Marquardt Group and as a member of the Executive Board and Managing Director at KAMAX Holding GmbH & Co. KG, a market leading supplier for the automotive industry. Before that, Silke Hartmann was Divisional CFO and Managing Director of Edscha Cabrio-Dachsysteme GmbH and Vice Managing Director of Brose Fahrzeugteile GmbH & Co. KG. Throughout her career, Silke Hartmann worked in various international executive management positions with a focus on global responsibility for Finance/Controlling, IT, Legal, Purchasing and Supply Chain. She holds a Master of Business Administration of the Technical University Berlin.
