DEERFIELD, Ill., Sept. 29, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Essendant Inc. (NASDAQ: ESND) announced that on September 28, 2016 its board of directors declared a $0.14 per share dividend payable on January 13, 2017 to stockholders of record at the close of business on December 15, 2016.
