FORT MILL, SC, Feb. 23, 2016 /PRNewswire/ - Domtar Corporation today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly dividend on its common stock (NYSE: UFS) (TSX: UFS). The dividend of US$0.40 per share is payable on April 15, 2016 to stockholders of record on April 4, 2016.
