Director/PDMR Shareholding

Lupus Capital plc announces that it has today, 25 July 2008, granted
to directors the following options over the Company's ordinary shares
of 5p:

Mr G Hutchings 4.0 million
Mr D Mulhall 1.4 million

The options will be exercisable on or after 25 July 2011 at an
exercise price of 38p.  No amount has been paid for the options at
the time of grant.
