New York, September 16, 2002 - FortuneCity.com Inc. ("FortuneCity") 
announced 
today that it has filed with the Deutsche Börse for the Company's shares to 
be 
traded on the Regulated Market (Geregelter Markt). 
 
The move to the Geregelter Markt is prompted by the additional costs 
associated 
with being on the Neuer Markt, as well as the requirements of the Neuer 
Markt to 
meet a minimum share price and market capitalization. FortuneCity had 
previously 
been notified that it was being de-listed from the Neuer Markt, however, 
Deutsche Börse temporarily suspended the de-listing pending certain 
litigation. 
 
The Deutsche Börse has indicated that trading on the Neuer Markt will be 
terminated on October 4, 2002 at midnight.
