Dairy Crest CEO Mark Allen announces a proposed sale of the Group's liquid milk and Dairies businesses to Müller Wiseman Dairies.
On half year results, Allen said that despite a challenging economic backdrop, brands had performed particularly well, adding, "We're up 2 percent year-on-year, and all of our brands have grown market share in the categories in which they operate."
