Bass Metals produziert derzeit in seiner Que River Mine Zink und Silber. Derzeit liegt der Umsatz bei 5 Mio. $ pro Quartal. Die Gewinnmarge soll bei ungefähr 40% liegen. Die für die Produktion erforderliche Mühe hat sich Bass Metals im März 2008 für nur 4 Mio. Dollar erworben !! Das ist mehr als nur ein Schnäppchen! Solche Anlagen kosten leicht 50 Mio. $. Diese Anlage ist noch nicht in Produktion, was aber noch in diesem Jahr angedacht ist. Derzeit wird das Erz anderweitig aufbereitet.

Angeblich kann Bass Metals ein Pfund Zink für 0,33 $ produzieren, was natürlich ein Hammer ist. Bass Metals bräuchte somit nicht einmal mehr einen Rohstoff-Ausverkauf befürchten, weil Zink selbst im Jahr 2005 und im Sommer/Herbst 2008 nie unter 0,50$ fiel. Dezember 2006 stand Zink auch mal über 2 $ pro Pfund. Also selbst in mageren Zeiten hat Bass Metals kein Problem damit, Geld zu verdienen.

Ich würde mich freuen, wenn man hier den ein oder anderen Beitrag einstellen würde, somit könnten eine Vielzahl von Usern von den Informationen profitieren. Das ist natürlich keine Kauf oder Verkaufsempfehlung. Auch sollte klar sein, dass Aktien steigen oder fallen können! :)

Bass Metals Limited announced that it has now completed the recommissioning of the newly refurbished Process Plant at the Graphmada Large Flake Graphite Mine, located in eastern Madagascar. This follows the successful wet commissioning of the Process Plant completing the final phase of Stage 1. Further testing will now take place to assist in synchronising and optimising the graphite recovery process, prior to the recommencement of graphite production in the coming days. The completion of Stage 1 delivers the company's valued shareholders a 100% owned mine free of debt, with an offtake agreement in place, producing premium large flake graphite concentrates at a time of rising prices. The company has received significant interest in its planned concentrate sales and is developing many strong relationships, most notably Possehl Erzkontor GmbH & Co. KG based in Europe, who will purchase 3,000 tpa of graphite concentrates for a period of three years from this calendar year. With Stage 1 complete, the Company will continue with its long-stated strategy of expanding production to 20,000 tpa (Stage 2), while aggressively drilling, in the second half of 2018, the highly prospective Millie's Reward lithium project, which has encountered surface samples of up to 7.0% Li2O.

ist wohl, wie viele Tonnen Material sie wirklich pro Monat schaffen. Erst dann kann man hochrechnen, ob das mit den angepeilten 6000 t pro Jahr was wird. Wenn das Versprechen eingelöst wird, könnte es einen weiteren Schub geben.

Also wenn die Bohrungen wegen Lithium erfolgreich sind und der Abbau sich lohnt.
Muß ja eine neue Anlage zusätzlich gebaut werden oder wird der Abau von dort aus Verschifft über den Hafen ?
Wäre ja auch eine Möglichkeit wenn der Lithium gehalt groß genug wäre.
Das wurde ja auch schon mit Erzen gemacht.

Bass Metals continues to grow sales and exports of graphite concentrate

In the March 2019 quarter, the company sold and shipped 724 million tonnes, up from 119 million tonnes, and is on target to further increase sales.

The company has also received an order from a new customer for its jumbo concentrates
Bass Metals Ltd (ASX:BSM) has continued strong growth in sales and exports of graphite concentrate from Madagascar, having sold the majority of its existing 2019 inventory with only about 400 million tonnes remaining unsold as at March 29.
Last month the company completed a major sale for the supply of 362 million tonnes of concentrates to an existing customer at an average sale price of US$658 million tonnes for predominantly sub 94% fixed carbon concentrates (FC).

Bass chief financial officer and head of marketing and sales David Round said the company was delighted with the level of demand and engagement with its continually expanding supply channels for graphite concentrates.

“Given we aim to achieve around 40% of production as large and jumbo flake, it is reassuring to see the level of demand for this product.
“To achieve initial sales of product of US$1,700 per tonne is unprecedented for the company and positions us very well for the future.
“Future staged expansion developments for Bass certainly make strong economic sense.”
Bass has also brought forward expenditure on a stage II expansion of the Graphmada project.
The company is pleased with the outcome delivered with FC results achieved to date for March 2019 being 93.5% with the bulk of tonnes sold in the first quarter.
Improved and increased average FC results will translate into higher average sale prices and volumes as the company continues to receive strong demand for its premium products.

Das Unternehmen hat auch einen Auftrag von einem neuen Kunden für seine Jumbo-Konzentrate erhalten
Bass Metals Ltd (ASX: BSM) verzeichnete ein starkes Wachstum bei Absatz und Export von Graphitkonzentrat aus Madagaskar, nachdem er den Großteil seines bestehenden Lagers für 2019 verkauft hatte. Bis zum 29. März waren nur noch rund 400 Millionen Tonnen unverkauft.
Im vergangenen Monat hat das Unternehmen einen Großverkauf für die Lieferung von 362 Millionen Tonnen Konzentraten an einen bestehenden Kunden zu einem durchschnittlichen Verkaufspreis von 658 Millionen US-Dollar für überwiegend unter 94% ige feste Kohlenstoffkonzentrate (FC) abgeschlossen.

Bass hat auch die Ausgaben für eine Erweiterung der Phase II des Graphmada-Projekts vorgezogen.
Das Unternehmen ist mit dem Ergebnis der FC-Ergebnisse, die bis März 2019 erzielt wurden, mit 93,5% zufrieden, wobei der Großteil der Tonnen im ersten Quartal verkauft wurde.
Verbesserte und erhöhte durchschnittliche FC-Ergebnisse führen zu höheren durchschnittlichen Verkaufspreisen und -volumina, da das Unternehmen weiterhin eine starke Nachfrage nach Premium-Produkten erhält.

Bass Metals progresses brownfields exploration at Graphmada Large Flake Graphite Mine
Bass Metals Limited (ASX: “BSM”) (the “Company”) is pleased to provide an update on its continuing exploration activities at its 100% wholly owned Graphmada Large Flake Graphite Mine, located in Madagascar.
HIGHLIGHTS
• Bass has progressed its brownfield exploration strategy as part of its long-stated strategy to materially grow the resource inventory at the Graphmada Large Flake Graphite Mine.
• The Company has completed 44 auger drillholes at the Mahela Prospect, for a total 411m drilled at an average depth of 9m. The drilling yielded high grade intersections of large flake graphite up to 6.8% Fixed Carbon (FC) over 11.3m, including 8.4% FC over 8m.
• Based on these results a significant easily minable, saprolitic-hosted, large flake graphite mineralisation zone has now been identified over at least a 650m strike length and is open ended to the north and south of the prospect.
• The Mahela Prospect, previously thought to be the southern extension of the Mahefedok Deposit has demonstrated to be a separate mineralisation horizon, striking parallel with Mahefedok and is now thought to have a similar extent.
• Diamond drilling has commenced at the Mahefedok Deposit as infill to previous drilling, with diamond drilling at Mahela to follow.
